Kick-off Meeting: We will meet with you and/or your team in order to clearly assess all of your management needs and objectives, and will work with you to formulate a plan to achieve them.
Day-to-Day Operations:

— Enforce rental rules and regulations
Tenant Turnover:
— Coordinate move-out date with existing tenant
— Schedule all cleaning and maintenance
— Perform final walk-through inspection

Filling Vacancies:
— Market your property 30 days before it becomes vacant
— Marketing your rental unit on over 70 rental websites!
— Accept & process tenant applications
— Tenant screening: criminal, credit, employment, and rental background history
— Handle tenant move-ins and inspections
Accounting and Financials:
— We prepare a 10-year Capital Expense Plan (CEP)
— We prepare a 3-year projected PNL projection
— We will prepare and provide monthly owner statements

Manager
I currently am licensed for Property Management in the state of Oregon. I work hard to always stay up to date on ever changing rules and regulations. I have 20 years experience working for the state in administrative rules, legislation and compliance as well as volunteering my time in our community as the Harvest Director for Salem Harvest, a non-profit organization to help feed the hungry. Growing up on a farm in the Willamette Valley I learned the importance of treating people well, working hard and honoring a person’s word. I will always treat you with respect and work hard to earn yours.
I enjoy helping owners maximize their property and secure long term tenants. It’s great to see a tenants surprise when we take time to meet them, listen to their needs and follow through on projects. Owners are always amazed at the things we can accomplish because we take the time to make sure our tenants are happy. I believe that truly exceptional customer service is what makes our company unique
