Had appointment to come into the store on Febuary 18th. Waited 45 min as there was another client being seen then another person without an appointment came in and she was helped before me. Purchased two bras to have shipped to my house. I was told they would be delivered by Friday Febuary 26th. After mulitply phone calls left finially got ahold of the store employee and she said that the owner is no longer able to order bras in both those styles and would have to refund my money. Why wasnt I called when she figured out she couldnt order them? Why did it take me calling and leaving 5 messages? When asked if the money would be refunded and into my account today she assured me it would and I would not need to drive down to the store for a refund. Now at 330 in the afternoon and is telling us that it takes a couple of days to process funds. Very bad business being done here. Will not be returning or sending clients.

I am around 5’6″ and have petite ribs that measure very small. I often wear a 34 band. If I were not ballpark 140lbs, which is heroin chick for me, I would NOT have been able to find ANYTHING here that worked. So I do not recommend it for women who like me have weighed ballpark 160 and have petite bone structures(with breasts proportionate to the flesh they have *elsewhere* on their bodies). In other words, like all lingerie places, this is not for every woman’s body type. That said, I WAS able to find a bra I thought would work better than anything I could have found elsewhere. The woman working here *did not* insist upon fitting me, because she understood doing so could be interpreted as an insult once I asserted my level of experience. I was very glad this was understood. I actually never thought it would happen at a place like this. I also didn’t have an appointment, and was allowed to shop anyways. I found a bra that basically worked, and had two new ones added to inventory to ship with the next shipment. I was satisfied with my trip to this store, but I did have the knowledge that at a much lower weight it may be possible for me to actually shop at a mainstream store and find a bra. This was not possible in Modesto, and so I was disappointed. So, when I came here, I expected a much larger variety of styles because of the name and mission of the business. I was hoping for a wider variety of designs meant to accommodate different shapes of breasts. They do not have a large inventory, or a large range of sizes on the floor, but some of rarer brands they carry have unusual sizing(which may compensate for some). Bottom line: I was excited to have the opportunity to try on a high quality bra in person. I hope they always carry Amoena Lara!

Horrible experience. Regina is disorganized, displays discontinued merchandise, and makes promises with no delivery. Wife was fitted for a wig for chemotherapy hair loss. Regina assured us the product we selected would take only 3 days to receive. She understood our 1 week timeline and assured us there would be no problem. 1 week passed and Regina had not called so we called her. Answering machine answered during midweek workday? Called again after 2 days and spoke with Regina. Regina says sorry but the wig we selected is not available any longer. No contact, no service, no way to do business. Today my wife is bald, going for another treatment in 2 days, and at square 1 with no wig. Awesomfit was a bad choice we made. Don’t make the same mistake! STAYAWAY!
