I came in to open up a checking account since I already have a chase freedom credit card and I got an offer in the mail to open up an account. Ben was extremely helpful and very thorough in explaining everything to me. He gave me a slip to give my employer to set up my direct deposit. He also showed me how to use the ATM they have inside which is a bit different than the other ones they have. Overall I had a pleasant experience. I will be switching to Chase from now on for my financial accounts instead of Wells Fargo.

Avoid this location at all cost. If you need to use this branch for anything other than the ATM machine you are out of luck and have found yourself treading on a new level of Hell from which there is no respite. I have been to this branch on many occasions and every time it’s the same story. Severely understaffed is a kind way of describing it. Only one teller at the window, the rest of the teller windows are replaced with ATM machines for your inconvenience. The line is always about 15 people deep with an average wait time of 10 – 15 minutes per customer. In summary, if being a massacast is your thing, no better self torture is offered anywhere else than at this branch of Chase Banks.

This bank needs to hire more tellers. Everytime I come in here they have long lines and only 2 windows open. None of the employees bother to say «we will be with you as soon as possible or thanks for waiting.» Weekends are the worst therefore they should have more windows open.

Vernon Hills, IL
I’ve visited this location a few times for the ATMs only so my review will be based on that. And, so, the ATMs get 4 whopping stars. You can’t really mess up an ATM unless it eats your card or doesn’t give you your money. The bank is located in a nice shopping plaza and was well-​lit and clean.
I definitely will hit up the ATMs here again when visiting family in the area.

Chase branch with plenty of parking in a nice shopping complex. I just went to the ATM as the branch had just closed. Can’t rate the tellers but the bank looked clean and organized and the foyer area was also clean and well-​lit.
