Richard Rosen is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley, A.B. 1969 and Loyola Law School, J.D. 1974. He worked as Deputy Public Defender in Riverside County from 1975 – 1977, doing trial court criminal defense in misdemeanors, felonies and juvenile petitions. He was a Deputy Public Defender in Monterey County from 1977 – 1982, doing trial court criminal defense in felonies and misdemeanors. In 1982, he opened a private practice on the Monterey Peninsula, emphasizing criminal defense. He has been in private practice ever since, moving his office to Salinas in 1999.

Angela Johnson began working for the law firm in 2005 and has been licensed to practice law in Californai since 2008. Ms. Johnson is a graduate of the Monterey College of Law, J.D. 2006.
