Huge thank you to mike’s Signs for the awesome job they did replicating the artwork we gave them for my sons letterman. We are beyond pleased

Staff is amazing! Mike did a great job and it’s obvious how much thought and care he puts into his work. He stayed in constant contact with my son to make sure everything was perfect and how he wanted it. 3 more years and we’ll be back for my next boy!

In early January I emailed them to have 2 sets of stickers made up, here we are on February 20 and still no reply or stickers. Maybe I had too small of an order but they should have specified that when I called. I will NEVER go back. They have crappy customer service! When I called Mike told me he didn’t blame me if I went somewhere else to have them made. They are so Rude!

An overwhelming task made easy, thanks to Mike’s Signs. From beginning to end, our experience at Mike’s Signs was nothing but positive. Upon walking into their storefront, we dealt with a professional, knowledgeable, courteous, staff who met my son’s needs for his letterman jacket. They provided various choices of style, color, textile, and font to customize while making the process relaxing and comfortable. They offered many price point options and worked with us to make it suit our budget. My son was hopeful the jacket would be ready to flaunt at the big game, and, to his surprise, they were more expedient in its delivery deadline making this teen’s smile impossible to wipe off. Already a custom work of art, we look forward to working with Mike’s Signs as his jacket fills up with his accomplishments. Support local… stay local… shop local!

We get our company trucks wrapped by this company they may take a few extra days but the price is right and the finished product comes out great. Won’t take our shop trucks anywhere else to get done. Also they don’t sing you on the artwork charges like the other place we use to go to.

After coming to them to get some t-​shirts made and everything sounding good, it’s been over a month and a half and Mike and his son (who was very rude over the phone) seem to be avoiding us and the job at all costs.
After talking to friends we found out that Mike doesn’t really care at all about doing t-​shirts anymore and just cares about the letterman jackets, this all makes sense. But, if you don’t want to take on a job, just say so. Instead we’ve been wasting our time on a company that doesn’t care about their customers needs unless you have a letterman jacket.
It’s a shame since I’m sure he would do a good job, but the lack of communication and blatant ignoring of us trying to contact him and not following through with the job is just pathetic. If it was possible to give them zero stars I would, considering nothing is still done and I’m sure they’re just hoping we forget about it and go somewhere else.
This place is a ridiculous, unprofessional, waste of time.

I recently went to go check this place out after seeing a t.v. commercial. Boy was I surprised this place has to many options to pick from. My daughter met with Mike and his wife about getting a LETTERMAN’S jacket for her high school. They are very creative and so helpful. I will be telling all my friends at work and family about this place. A very highly needed place in this county. Why would anybody go anywhere else.
