Allow me to Outline my experience that you’ll have.
If you actually want to buy a stereo from the store, you’ll find they
markup everything by 30%-40%. You can find better prices in 5 min,
on Amazon. It took them forever to start and complete my project.
They did a good job at custom installing the stereo.
And while they were pretty flexible, and allowed for changes,
they loomed every single wire, in a separate loom, and tacked an extra hour of labor.
Not to mention they scratched up pieces of my dash that had to be removed for install. When I confronted the owner about the damage, he said that he would take care of it, but by that point I was so frustrated about how the job was handled, I wanted nothing to do with this place. So I told them, to remove one of those hours of labor, I’ll forget about the damage. He said fine, and I was gone. I thought that was the end of it.
It wasn’t. I went to a different shop to install a light bar, and they turned me away, They said go back to Mobile Audio & Cellular. The owner of Mobile Audio & Cellular had called them and told them how they were unhappy at me, and told them to not deal with me.

Ruben is very courteous and did a great job on both of my cars. He will continue to get my business

I tried them out due to the rave reviews here on Unilocal.I’m so glad I did! I had them put a sub, amp and new stereo in my car and they were so helpful and professional. They offer a shuttle to take you home. All the staff I had contact with were so friendly. Will be using them to put in new speakers. Will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you!!!

Mobile audio did a great job installing my 6x9s, pioneer double din deck, and steering wheel adapter. Ruben, Brandon, and Myrna were very friendly and even offered a shuttle service if needed. My stereo system sounded really great after being put in. I will definitely be back to get my door speakers put in over here. And they were very happy to apply the Unilocal voucher. I am gonna recommend this place to others.

I’ve been to this place a number of times over the years, and the service is always excellent. The prices are good, the staff is friendly and efficient, I highly recommend them!
I just wish that businesses that are needed less often were this good…

I was driving around with what I believed was a blown speaker in my MDX. I gave them a call and made an appointment that same day. I had purchased the Unilocal coupon and after they determined I needed new speakers, they replaced them within a couple of hours. They were very professional and even left the old speakers so I could see the damaged one.
My husband was with me and asked them about radios for his Ford truck and will be bringing his truck in when they get the radio in stock.

Finally got around to having an EQ put in. My sound was imbalanced and needed a lot of tweaking.
Ruben kept me informed as he discovered unexpected issues, but he wanted to make sure that my resulting sound was awesome, instead of cutting corners. It took longer than expected, but they hooked me up with a ride, and shaved a few bucks off for the inconvenience and unexpected costs (totally not their fault, but clearly his goal was providing good customer service).
Very happy with my sound — it’s well balanced and powerful. Big thank you to Ruben and his staff!

Place is awesome. Never even been here but Ruben was great over the phone. I have an acura mdx and had a crazy alarm problem. He gave some advice over the phone that solved my problem. He was the 4^th person I called. And the only person with a suggestion. And time to look at my car if his advice didn’t work. Now I won’t be driving back to SF with my alarm blasting.

Came in here about a year ago, after I found a deal for them through Unilocal.They were able to answer all my questions, and get my speakers switched out in like 15 – 20 minutes (maybe even faster than that). I paid about $ 120 for two car door speakers and installation. Today, one year later they are still as loud as day número uno. They also offer complementary shuttle service incase your wait might take a few hours or days. Would highly recommend.

Hello my name is Ramon and first of all i never had a Unilocal account untill today 11÷15÷13 i Signed up for Unilocal just because of my experience today at this shop. Joanna The front desk girl was amazing and had very great customer service!!! I had an appointment there and she greeted me by name not knowing who I was but still made me feel great! I felt very comfortable and it felt very housewarming with how she treated me when I was there. Overall the staff there was amazing and very understanding in a personable way. They were able to cater my needs and get me on my way. What made this experience so great was when the guys were working on my car they forgot to put my belongings back in my trunk. I made it all the way home and I called them because I noticed that my things were not in my car. I made a phone call to the shop and the guys apologize that they did not put my stuff back in the trunk. Thinking like a very great small business owner they went above and beyond for me the customer and brought my belongings to my house! I will recommend this place 100% at times i am a tough customer but if i get great customer experience i will make sure to make it

My sub and amp were installed elsewhere and was done wrong, the place that installed it couldn’t figure what they had done wrong the two times I had taken it back. The sub would cut out tons of times during each song!!!
I took it here and it was fixed within 20 minutes!!! Lol. I was so happy to get my sub working again!!! Amazing job!!! Very knowledgable and friendly!!!

I looked at this place, browsed their website and they have a price match guarantee.
I call them up and let them know I have a shop in San Jose that will wire my 4 channel amp for $ 75 and $ 29 for wiring. They would not match it and their costs was almost twice as much.
Bottom line, don’t advertise price matching if you don’t price match. I’ll be going to Audio Werks in San Jose in case anyone is interested.

I sent my husband to this place when he needed a car stereo installed. Luckily, there was a $ 28 for $ 68 deal on Unilocal.Sure enough, the discount was applied, and Ruben did a great job of pleasing my husband who can be very picky when it comes to cars. His son had borrowed the car for a while, so Ruben had to find all kinds of missing screws for the stereo install. So given how happy my husband was after Ruben’s installation, how could I not give this place a big thumbs up and five stars?
