DO NOT GO TO PAT’S!
Reserved a trailer and when we arrived the internet «was down» and werre asked for cash deposit. So not being familiar with Salinas we set off to find a bank. We return, leave our cash deposit, and get our trailer. The day after, a receipt is emailed stating that our funds were returned to us even though we hadn’t had any contact with Pat’s. We made numerous attempts to collect our deposit in the days following our encounter and were sent away because not one individual at the business seemed to have authority to dispense cash. After filing a claim with UHaul we finally got our money. Don’t trust them…

I have been a customer of pats service station for many years… Before I even had a car, my grandparents & mom would take their cars to pats service. When I first got my car I now & have been taking my car to pats service station for over ten plus years… I could never imagine taking my car anywhere else… Wendal’s the best… Trust me, & believe me when I say you will tank me… Go to 205 west market st.

Looking to pick up a UHaul. Made a reservation online 2 days ago to expedite the pick up process. Arrived 5 minutes prior to my 9:00 am pick up time to 1. Not be greeted by the guy running the show (understandable as its a UHaul pick up spot and any level of professionalism would be considered an unexpected gesture). 2. Its now 9:08 am and I have realized this guy is having computer issues as in he does not know how to ring up the customer ahead of me. Bottom line, his part time job is not giving a crap about wasting his clients time. If it were up to I’d go to the place on Abbott. Now I was about to finish this 1 star review but it just got bumped to 3 as the second employee jumped on the computer when it became available.
