In 1989 Victor had a vision. To open a towing and transport company that was affordable, reliable, fast and friendly. 25 years later he is still doing what he loves and Quality Towing is considered the premier and go to company for many emergency roadside assistance insurance companies and a number of companies that need their heavy equipment hauled. He is very personable and is willing to help in any way he can. If two words can describe Victor it would be «big heart»!
