Just left carwash… Did a great job in comparison to ACME down the street. Very impressed! They spent a tremendous amount of time on my exterior $ 15 wash. Love it! Seems like not everyone has had similar experiences based on reviews but I’m glad I chose them today and will no longer go to Acme.

I came to the splash and I requested that my car gets washed, vacummed thoroughly and wipe down the inside of the car. My concern I would like to address is that every visit here I always have to ask the workers to vacuum my car a second time because for some reason they never get it right the first time. I think this is ridiculous, the public comes for a service to be done and pays for the service they requested therefore it should be completed.
It’s very embarrassing for a customer to have to inspect their car for things the workers forgot to do. I even have to ask them to wipe down areas that are easily seen. This company needs to have weekly meetings to review company policies, standards and expectations. To top it off, the customer service is horrible, they lack people skills, professionalism, common curtiousy, respect and need to brush up on their Grammer your not out on the street you need to be cautious on what you say because you can easily offend a customer.
I don’t know why I’ve wasted money or time coming here and I been coming for a few years at least. It’s a shame the owners don’t reach out to their customers to address complaints or concerns. Velia, an older women in her late 30’s or early 40’s claims to be a manager and she totally disrespected me, was extremely rude and unprofessional and told me if I don’t like the way they do things here then I should go elsewhere and then suddenly she began walking away from me as I was addressing this issue.
This women is clearly not suited to be a manager doesn’t even know how to be one and never should you ever tell a customer to go elsewhere because their workers are lazy and don’t follow company rules or guidelines. In my opinion, this women should be disciplined with a write up or fired right away. Be sure to take your cars to other competitors who actually show pride in their hard work and are happy to serve you. Took them 2 hours to finally finish my car after all the corrections, unbelievable wasting your valuable time.

I am so mad at myself for not looking up the reviews to this place before coming and wasting my money! I’m usually really good about looking up a place before going. But it slipped my mind. This place did a really bad job. First of all, the cashier was obnoxiously loud while I waited for my car. Talking and shouting at another girl in back about her «baby daddy» issues. Tacky and obnoxious. Very unprofessional. I paid 30 bucks for a wash and inner cleaning. The inside of my car is STILL dusty. There is this sticky stain (niece spilled something in the car) on the side door of the back seat. IT’S STILL THERE. I can’t believe this. They did nothing other than vacuum it, and slightly wipe down the dash. My cup holders still had little bits of dust and whatever has collected in it. The outside is not that clean. Water spots everywhere. Very disappointed. Bottom line, don’t waste your money!

60 full tank and detailed wash not bad… This is my new stop am comming back on a weekly basis now

Ok, never again. These guys are lazy as can be. seriously everything is half assed.
I explained to him I just came from a camping trip and was assured that is no problem.
There were only 2 cars in the whole place so it’s not like they were slammed.
I gave him $ 30 bucks and this is what I got:
1: vacuum guy locked my keys in the car which added 25 minutes for a tow truck.
2: afterwards I picked up my mat and dirt spilled out of it, checked and all are like that!
3: still dirt and gravel in the seats and on the floor
4: sprayed armor-​all on everything. even smeared it on the windows.
5: left coffee splashes on the seat
6: globbed so much tire dressing on the tires it slung all down the side of my car as I drove off
7: Wheels still had dirt and grime on them
8: every button in the car was messed with.
9: rearview mirror twisted up and side mirrors point one straight up, one straight down.
10: center console still had dirt and stuff in it.
I came home and had to shake out all my mats, clean the leather seats, clean the steering wheel and console, re did all the windows… you get the point.
I don’t afford myself this luxury very often. I want it done right!
I can’t wait till the new one (formerly Villa Carwash) opens up!

A good car wash did not exist when I visited. I was not impressed with the vacuum job nor the overall cleaning, inside and out. Dirty windows, missed spots on car and chrome, didn’t vacuum thoroughly, no tire dressing.
(Paid $ 30 + $ 56 for gas). I should not have to tell the employee how to clean a car. Maybe they should have two guys to a car that way they can check the car before giving back to customer.
The management may have too good of an income that he forgets his customers. If insufficient service continues, your clients will not return. I know I will not return to Splash.
Poor customer service and poor communication makes for half-​a$$ car washes. Stay home and have your neighbor kid wash your car. You’ll save gas and time by not going to Splash.

I am truly astonished how bad this place is. I use to come here often especially since they text you coupons if you sign up for them. I really didn’t expect a car wash place to mess up a car wash. I got the big kahuna. I paid $ 25+ for a car wash and not including the $ 5 dollar tip I left. As I get there I pull up to the part where it says gas and car wash. No «hello» hands me the paper and asks me which wash I’d like, I say the big kahuna. Then he asks me what scent I would like, I said CLEAN CAR. He tries to send me on my way but I brought up that I wanted gas… Since I pulled up the gas and wash you’d think they would confirm. As I sit patiently waiting for my car to be cleaned (which was over 30 minutes) for a half a** job. Finally they wave the little rag snd yell ready. Well I get into my car thinking it was okay and I was thrown off at the fact that my car smells like pineapple. I strongly DISLIKE the smell of PINEAPPLE so I drove home with a headache. Once I pull up to my house i sprayed my car with a lavender scent spray. I notice that the $ 30 dollar car wash I just paid for still had bugs and spots on it (don’t worry I cleaned it myself Splash) and I thought to myself maybe I should check the inside of my car. The driver side had trash in it and the passenger side was not even vacuumed. I will never come here again. I rather pay $ 5 dollars for a car wash when the results are the same. On top of the they put my back seats up when they were down. If they’re going to put my 3^rd row seats up the least you could do is vacuum it. Check out the photos. I left splash with a headache and at a loss of hard earned money for a half a** job. Will never ever come back here even if they offer me a free car wash. Save your hard earned money guys!

If i have to come home and scrape bugs off my just washed car, clean all the scuff marks in the inside of my car, reach down to get the popcorn kernels and other debris sticking out from under my seats… after paying for your top car wash and detail service that was suppose to do all of that, Something is wrong. Ive learned my lesson…1^st time ehh… maybe it was just busy…2^nd time… the guys cleaning my car were young, they didn’t know better…3^rd time… thats it. Im done with this place.

I come here often to get my oil changed. And the guys do a good job and are friendly. Came to get my car washed, and while they do a decent job, customer service is awful. Is it really that hard to say hello and smile? Might start going to Acme from now on.

Terrible wash, should have just drove it through at a gas station, would have been ¹⁄₃ of the price. Wish Villa was open

Don’t go here, that’s the bottom line. They do a really poor job and don’t care about customer service. The driver side looked ok (and I mean only ok) because it’s the side everyone looks at, but the passenger side was streaked everywhere. I was forced to go to this place because my 5 star Villa Car Wash is under construction. I paid $ 30 for their best wash called «The Pipeline» and that’s exactly where my money went, down the pipeline.

This is the best car wash EVER! Splash is MUCH better than El Estero car wash and MUCH less expensive! My husband had to replace the tires on my car after nearly eight years and he stopped here to have my car cleaned.
They did an excellent job for a VERY low price!
Slash is located as closely to Monterey as it can be and still be in Salinas. This is well worth the drive.
My car was in showroom shape but then I was hospitalized for four months and I came out unable to drive. My husband has had my car for several years and it looked the worse for it.
Splash did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my car and it looks GREAT now. I feel like I have my car back.

Best carwash in salinas so far. acme, villa are nothing compared to splash they have great customer service and their employees are great definitely coming back!!!

Second time here it was on a Wednesday around 3:30pm. They were very busy and short staff. My car sat in the sun for 10mins after they ran it through the wash there for leaving water spots. The kid was driving all the cars out and parking them in the sun but there was no one there to dry them. 20mins later someone wiped it down but didn’t do the rims. I’m very unpleased I will not be returning to this place. What a waste of my hard earned money ;(

if i was able to give zero stars, i would. The staff at Splash car wash made sure to clean out my mother’s car, that is including her valuables. They stole a bank bag she had in her car and a big pack of CD’s and a number of other things. I will never recommend nor go back to a place that has a bunch of no good thieves working for them. this disgusts me and i hope management at splash car wash can get rid of those sneaky little thieves they have working for them before they truly lose more business. we will never go back.

The best carwash in Salinas! Took my car here and they left it spotless. Not kidding. I’ve never had my car look so clean. They did a wonderful job cleaning every single little detail. Wonderful! Will be coming back here again.

I am new to Salinas. I have given this Carwash numerous attempts to provide the service that I am used to in Bakersfield. Ca. Each time I have been here I have had to request bumpers be wiped off, floor mats and windows cleaned better. I felt the staff was very rude and their customer service is lacking. My car has sat in the vacuum area 10 minutes after it was vacuumed only to find that the vacuuming job was just so so. I’ve told myself each time I’ve gone not to go again but I did give them their last chance on 4÷9÷14. Pricing for a Carwash is ridiculously high for the quality.

So since my posted review i did call and ask for the owner/​mgr and she transferred me to a gentleman’s voice mail. As of today i have not received a return phone call regarding my disappointing service. You would think they would want to hear from customers so as to improve their services.
Im a business owner and i provide a service to my clients and if someone is disappointed with any of my services (which they are not) not only would i rectify the situation, i would immediately call the person back because i care about my business reputation.
I will definitely be taking my car up the street. My husband took his vehicle there and it was not only cleaner but you could smell the scent plus its the same price!

I love the oil change and lube center. They are very polite and will changes your oil and service your car. If you have a light out bring in a light bulb and they will change it for free even better they changed my break light for ended ten dollars. Where another place wanted fourty five dollars… great service. I will come back here for a oil change.
As for the car wash the service is very slow. The shop is very limited on supplies. they will not give you change if you use your atm… so bring cash if you want to tip. The car wash is so so. I had to clean spots that they missed but my car was really dirty.

No, I didn’t want something I didn’t pay for from Splash Carwash, I expected what I always got and at some point stopped receiving, good costumer service and a good clean job done in my car.
