Victoria’s Secret

This place is nasty! The carpet is so dirty, it has statins all over and it looks so worn out! The furniture, wall display and drawers have marks and scratches all over. The changing room looks the same. It always looks messy in there. Whom ever owns this place is obviously not investing any money in it.

I love Victoria’s Secret and its just so disappointing that the one nearest to me happens to be the one I have the most issues with. I understand that each store has their own policy; however, it should be across the board with all VS employees at their store regarding sales, promotions, and when a Secret Rewards card can be used.
Most of the employees here are very helpful and nice but there is one manager in particular that makes our shopping experience horrible. It makes no sense to me that when I’ve asked for the name of the manager, I am told that information cannot be disclosed.
At this point, corporate has been contacted by several people that I know including myself. I would rather drive to Monterey or to San Jose than deal with the rudeness of the management at this store.
