We were driving north on 101 about 10 miles south of Salinas in our Mercedes sprinter motor home when we lost all power — could go about 20 mph max. After MANY phone calls we were referred to West Coast Sprinter. It was about 4:30 Friday and these guys were great. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part (egr valve) and had us ready to go Saturday morning. I also had them do the first 10,000 mile service while waiting for the part. If you have a sprinter we highly recommend this business. We will be back for future service even though we don’t live in Salinas.

This is a great guy with a great shop and he really knows his sprinters. Fair price and amazing service.
I plan to make an appointment and go back even though he is over 100 miles away. He’s just that good!
