You can get a good workout which is a plus. Hours are not very convenient for those of us working. Everything has to go thru management. They were advertising a free week but when I came to appointment they said they would have to talk to manager before I could do the free week. I was also told that you could sign up for a 6 month or one year contract not month to month. Another person offered month to month.
