This place is awesome! Best homemade chips I have had and the Caesar salad was one of a kind. The pretzel croutons were unreal!

Typically the food and service is great, tonight they failed and the food was not prepared as order. I was also denied an item that I have traditionally been able to order just last week. The staff was not as friendly and I felt rushed through my ordering process.

This is an average wing place but the service and the food is always consistent. Wednesdays are Kids eat free nights and the waitresses are always very helpful and friendly.

First trip to ANY East Coast Wings but I liked it! They have sooooo many(like literally, maybe 100) different sauces, including several dry rub options — which are my favorite. Service was fast & friendly during a busy NFL Sunday. I also loved that they would let you do multiple sauces per order(always a pet peeve when places try to make you do 10+ wings all the same flavor… why? just why?). This place got it right! It’s in a strip mall so easy parking; lively atmosphere!

Asked for ‘no’ Pico de gallo on my pork tacos… as always… can’t eat it for medical and dietary reasons. This time… I ask for no pico… I get lots of it anyways… I tell waitress that it’s on there and that I just can’t pick it off… she takes the plate back to kitchen. Brings me back a plate… with what I thought would be new tacos… nope…i started to eat one taco and as my lips and tongue started to tingle… i noticed that there were still pieces of jalapeños, onions and tomatoes on them that the kitchen staff missed when they picked it off the 3 tacos, rather than making new ones… as I try to explain to the waitress… she walks away and comes back with my check… only to keep walking away as I’m trying to explain why I can’t eat the food. Always what I wanted… was to have an epipen kinda Saturday! Not that it’s makes a huge financial difference if I or my family never returns to ECW. but, those with allergies also need to beware of such ill minded staff and ignorance. One shouldn’t have to medically explain why they don’t want something on their food.

I’m so confused… So I ponder on wing flavors… Figure that out. Then she says pick heat? Ok I like hot… They even explain in menu what Scoville chart is. So I assume they get it. So I pick the heat. Later it’s wings swimming fryer fat. All taste the same. Then it’s pay extra for ranch. Ok fine. That’s how the electric bill gets paid. But you must beg for it. Cause it’s precious? Awful in the end. Soupy chicken soup at best. I grew up on the east coast. Never heard of these guys. Confident I never will again. It’s the brightest bar I have ever been in.

Excellent service and wings. The pretzel appetizer was so delicious and unique. A great restaurant for our family to try while passing through the area!

I have lunch there on a regular basis. Usually get the grilled chicken salad which I love. Always top quality ingredients. The tea can be a slight bit watery but this is not a problem with me.

This ECW location is the best! I’ve eaten at several and this one is by far the best. I eat here on a regular basis and never have a bad experience. Apparently thats the case with lots of folks because it’s not unusual for the line to be out the door during lunch and dinner. I always get the California Wrap Panini with home-aid chips — its consistently delish! My husband always has a burger and says they are the best in town. You would think we’d try the wings at some point, but we never do because we love our«standard dishes» so much. The service is always great! I have their loyalty card and the points add up quickly, which is nice. I will return again soon I’m sure!

I got the nachos with just cheese and chicken. Pretty good very simple but came out very fast. I then got the chicken philly pretty good. The ranch is thick and house made. The apps are half priced before 6 m through th. And kids eat free wed I dropped something and the manager stopped to get it for me. My waitress trish was very helpful and polite. I Def recommend her.

The food is so ridiculously awesome. I’ve never had a bad experience with their fare. I try a different wing sauce every time I go. I haven’t tried their mixed drinks but they sound good from the descriptions. The prices are reasonable and they have specials every night of the week. Our servers are always great, but they also have to serve as hostess, so there’s not always someone at the host stand. I gave it four stars because the food took FOREVER to arrive at the table. We were there 45 minutes from the time we sat down to when our main courses got on the table. That was really my only complaint.

East Coast Wings is a very good restaurant for the Salisbury area. My family and I eat here about once a month and are never disappointed. The Monte Cristo sandwich is the closest to the real thing I have had in 15 years. Perfect with raspberry jelly and powder sugar. They have a hugh assortment of wings and many beers on tap. The new Hawaian Chicken sandwich is cooked just right. They do seem to have a high turnover on servers but the staff always seem well trained. If you like sports this is one of the two restaurants in town to watch them. We wish you guys the best of luck.

Yes its a chain… Its located in a strip mall next to Lowes. The first thing that was really a bad omen was I walked in never being in the place I see a hostess stand now looking around I see well one person in the place should I stand there and wait or have a seat somewhere? I know it was not a busy time but, that would have been great to have a sign«Please have a seat anywhere you would like or something of that sort“So a waitress(server) comes over and kind of says«can I help you «I said well I was going to get something to eat. Ok she walks off and says I will get you a menu. So she brings a menu? And I ask«What type of beer you have on tap» when she gets to a type that I drink I say great bring one of those. I look at the menu and I would have to say I would not have given this to a customer it would have been thrown away! I guess 6 or 7 beers where spilled on it come on this is a basically new place why do that? Anyway I quickly look over the menu since the name is wings then wings it is please stay true to what you are do not serve Sushi at a place with a picture of wings on the front of the menu. I ask her a few questions about the wings and the heat of the sauce for some reason she was a bit apprehensive to tell me what I asked not sure if she was new or just had not been educated on what he customer may ask. Look we are not talking about wine pairings just common questions about how the wings are cooked and so on. I get my beer for some reason it was not very cold. Not sure if it was because the heat outside or not it also tasted a little flat like it was a light version which draft guys do all the time … take the label off and sell it I have seen it done more than 100 times Ok should have told some one about that… After a discussion about what comes with the wings that should be pretty basic some celery and or carrots? Blue cheese or Ranch and Texas Toast thats a new one by me been to a million places that have wings never seen that before . I guess that makes it different. I get 10 «can you make 5 hot and 5 regular ?“Well. she says there is normally a charge for different sauces«I am not sure why that would be unless more to follow. So the wings are here I am not sure why I had to ask for extra napkins for 10 wings and wipes but, I did. Sure would like to see a person eat 10 wings with one napkin a) they are using the table cloth to wipe their hands b) They are licking there self silly trying to get the stuff off c) They had a napkin in their pocket from blowing their nose d) All of the above Wings are good and meaty and the sauce is tasty except for the salt factor did that little girl on the Morton salt container put the whole case of salt in the sauce It does not have to be that way it may be that way to get you to drink more not sure, someone needs to taste it in corporate level if they like it that way no sauce for me next time Next BAD thing. sauce for me a little is a lot in other words for«my taste» they where swimming in this salt sauce that is why I did not eat the last wings those poor wings where drowned I felt sorry for them ! So whats next I plan on trying a burger on Saturday if my salt intake has not reached its weekly total! You guys can do better!!!
