not a good company to deal with — they are not attentive to renter’s problems and take forever to answer any questions you may have. They rip you off with security deposit — doesn’t matter how good you leave the property, they will find something to charge you for — they’re rip off artists! Find another property if you can!

This is by far the worst company to rent from. If you need something done expect it to take a long time to get resolved. They do not care about their tenants just that they get paid every month. They are rude and scammers. They do not follow their lease, I don’t even think they know what their lease says. I’ve had numerous bad experiences with them and heard of other peoples negative experiences and am in awe that their are people actually still giving these people money. The place I rented was wrongly built, and when it snows they wait days to plow the lot. If you want something done you have to keep calling and emailing them.
