Been in the building trades literally my entire life, and in the business operating atmosphere just as long. I worked in my father’s glass business in Boston, MA and Danvers, MA as a kid, and also learned locksmithing from him as well. He eventually phased out the glass business, yet we use alot of those skills we had in the glass business today in our locksmith business, and concentrated solely on the Locksmith business. We have expanded from the (1) shop when my father retired in 1993 to the (3) bustling retail shops we have now. The key to our success is to give the customer what they need when they need it. Our success rate with this is the key to our success, which I’d put at 99%+ of the time. It’s tough to please everyone, and we try to keep the motto of «the customer is always right», but anyone that’s been in business as long as I have knows it can’t always be the case as much as we’d like it to be.
