History

Established in 2000.

I started grooming dogs (standard poodles) for show, in the mid 80’s. After years of successful showing, started grooming for the public in 2000. I know how breeds are supposed to look, after years of competing. Each terrier, for example, has a different pattern to show structure. A balanced groom to show qualities and hide flaws is what showing teaches.

owner is great. He doesn’t take all dogs in at same time. It’s one at a time. I took my dog at 10 and he was done by 2. Louis my Yorkie looked perfect. I asked if I should leave a Xanax as my dog can get over excited and when I picked him up he said who told me if I needed to give him a Xanax and I said his previous groomer. He said that was ridiculous. Priced very reasonable. Support local.

My parents’ standard poodle has been getting groomed here for years. I always notice how nice the pup looks when I come home to visit. It is an attractive, modern cut that fits our dog well. Bob is also gentle and affectionate with the dogs. I highly recommend.
