History

Established in 1998.

Founded on December 7, 1998 by Steven J. Goorman as Citywide Funding, his entrepreneurial, dynamic, and determined style has grown the small broker company of just 5 employees to the large corporation it is today. Even though Citywide Home Loans now employs over 400 employees and covers 12 states, the company still maintains its small company roots. Steve Goorman lives by the motto, «leadership is taught by example.»

Drake Bloebaum has been financing clients dream homes for nearly a decade. His absolute knowledge of the mortgage industry and deep level of care for his clients has created a large base of raving fans that he is honored to serve.

As a resident of Salt Lake for 25+ years, Drake drinks deeply form all the amazing opportunities living in this part of the world affords. He is an avid cyclist, skier, outdoorsman and musician. When he’s not working Drake spends time with his AMAZING wife and two young boys.
