History

Established in 2009.

What began in a small kitchen 14 years ago, has now morphed into one of Salt Lake City’s hottest new restaurant concepts, Frida Bistro. Inspired by the passion and individuality with which Frida Kahlo pursued her art and life, owner Jorge Fierro’s passion has evolved from providing quality home-cooked Mexican food at the local farmer’s market to developing a unique dining experience in the heart of the Warehouse District on the west side of Salt Lake City.
