His and Hers is a waxing salon that provides men and women with the best hair removal services in Utah. We strive to create a fun and refreshing experience that is clean and quick. Hair removal deserves expertise and as little of your time as possible. Our professional estheticians will have you in and out in no time, and you’ll be feeling perfectly smooth and delightfully confident.

Hygiene and cleanliness are also our top priorities. No double dipping! Gloves are worn for every service, and tools and tables are sanitized between every single wax. You won’t have a second thought about coming to The Wax Institute. Trust us!

Hi all! My name is Madison and I’m the owner at His and Hers Waxing. I’m one of the lucky ones in this world that LOVES their job. I have the opportunity to come into work everyday and essentially hang out with friends, make women feel confident and look great.

I attended esthetics school in St. George, UT in 2007 and have been waxing ever since. I knew from the beginning how much I loved to wax and that I had the ability to make people feel comfortable along with have great results.

I’ve lived in Salt Lake City the past 5 years with my boxer Zeke.:)

I’ve been going to Maddi for a few years now. She’s the best and makes you feel so at ease the whole time! She’s fast and causes very minimal pain. The only time I don’t go to her is when I find a good deal on groupon, but those always prove to be more painful and take longer… Do yourself a favor and go here.

I absolutely love His and Hers Waxing. Madi is without a doubt the best lady for the job. She’s super funny which makes the experience that much more enjoyable. I’ve been to other places and Madi is very fast. For a Brazilian and full leg, I’m in and out in 30 minutes or less.
The salon is very clean and brings a lighthearted vibe with it. I cannot say enough good about Madi and His and Hers Waxing! I won’t go anywhere else!

Madi is hands down the best. I’ve been seeing her regularly for over five years. I tried someone new while she was out of town once. Never. Again. Madi’s skills are incomparable and I’m sticking with her until she retires (which is a long ways away). Every visit is quick, easy and best of all – I’m not a sticky mess afterwards. I have had appointments at both salon locations: Salt Lake and Ft. Union. The salons are always well-​maintained and comfortable. Appointments are also easy to make via text.

I’ve been going to His & Hers since I moved to Salt Lake and each time it’s professional, immaculately clean and super quick (it’s about 20 minutes for a full Brazilian!). I love their online appointment app so I can book a wax on super short notice. I’ve been able to schedule a next day wax the day before! I’ve been waxed by two girls that work there and both of them are professionals at what they do. All my waxes have been great with minimal pain, and both girls are great at making you feel at ease during your wax! I can’t recommend this place enough, if you need or want to try waxing, go to His & Hers!

Had a lunch time visit today for a little downstairs waxing. its not ever been something I’ve looked forward to in the past, but now… okay… thats a bit of a stretch. I may not be looking forward to it but I sure as heck won’t be dreading it like I did before.
When I first called to make an appointment, my phone call was quickly answered by Madison, who I later found out is the owner, she answered all my questions and quickly helped me set up an appointment to see Emily for a full Brazilian Wax on the same day I called! When I arrived at the location (which is easy to find), I was impressed with how clean it was but I was still nervous. Emily quickly put me at ease and had me laughing through my appointment. It was quick, way less painful than I’ve experienced before, and over before I knew it.
Listen… we’ve all heard a bunch of waxing horror stories (like people sticking their who-​ha to the bathtub with at home kits), or had versions of these ourselves (people going over the same area so many times that it feels like they are taking layers of skin off– yes that happened to me). Don’t be one of these stores, learn from my past and only trust your sensitive bits to the professionals. His & Hers Waxing is the very best at what they do and I won’t be going anywhere else!

Maybe you’ve heard of Madison at His & Hers Waxing, maybe you haven’t. One thing is for certain at this fine establishment: She loves what she does and is proud of her business.
Walking in, is a small simple layout inside Image Studios, in a very central location. You can be comfortable here with whatever your waxing needs are, because let’s face it (no pun intended) body hair is still taboo! We don’t talk about it, but for Unilocal’s sake, we can comfortably rave a bit here. Her enthusiasm and genuinely fun demeanor is what I love above the amazing quality of work she provides.
I’ve been quietly seeing Madison for waxing for a couple months and not once left disappointed. Overall, a solid place to get waxed; you’ll laugh a little, chatter some more, in a great location perfect for all you beautiful, polished, waxed-​up SLC’ers.

OMG if this thing allowed 6 Stars, I would give it! Just went to Madi for my first Brazilian Wax ever and it was the most amazing-​casual yet super professional, clean, sanitary, lovely experience I have ever had as far as pretty much any treatment or service goes!
She made the session quick, easy, and as pain-​free as possible for one’s first brazilian:) This lady is now my go-​to girl –already booked a follow up appointment as I don’t think I ever want to go back to shaving:)

Madi is the absolute best. She is a Brazilian wax ninja… 15 minutes every time. She makes it go by pretty fast by keeping you distracted with friendly conversation. I have referred several friends to her, and she gets raving reviews from everyone.
