Klein’s Custom Countertops

I had Klein’s do my kitchen countertops and my windowsills. The Quartz is amazingly durable, I have had it for a couple years now and it has no dings or scratches. The customer service was amazing and the price is more than fair for the quality of the countertop. I was cleaning my kitchen today and I am still so pleased with how it looks that I had to come and place a review

I am Andy Monaco, President and CEO of Andy Monaco Construction Co., Inc., doing business in SLC and surrounding areas for the last 40 years. I have been dealing with Klein’s Countertops for all of these years. I specialize in remodeling and specifically kitchens and baths and have had Kleins do most every job. IF there was an issue, they fixed it. Just like that. No fingerpointing, no grousing, just great customer service. THAT is how you stay in business and survive 4 – 5 recessions for 60 years. I have, out of curiousity, just perused the reviews on Unilocal re: these guys. I will tell you this: I do not work for everyone. If you are an asshole, I will let someone else (who is nicer than me) work for you. I have 20 plus subcontractors who do work for me and Kleins is at the top of this list in regards to scheduling, product delivery, installation and warranty. This is a PROFESSIONAL remodeling contractor speaking here, not some unhappy, disgruntled lonely and unloved shut in. They (Kleins) have done a hundred jobs for me and this is my reference: LET THEM DO YOUR JOB!
(I am retiring and have no need to suck up to Klein’s; just sharing the truth of 40 years of dealing with these guys…)

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-​SUPPOSEDLY 10X STRONGER THAN GRANITE and we found MULTIPLE LONG SCRATCHES-​found 3 months after installation once the sun was shining through our north facing window, superficial but obviously there, Klein tried to fill and buff but no change was seen in the scratches and they as well as home depot deny any culpability in the situation so let’s see it either scratches REALLY easily or it was scratched at the factory either way no one will replace or reimburse. I will never spend another dollar at Home Depot.

I LOVE KLEINS! Their product is amazing, and the people who own and work there are amazing as well. We had a kitchen fiasco that required us to rebuild our kitchen from the ground up. We were able to pick out a counter top with them, and it was delivered without any issued. This company has been around for YEARS! I understand some frustration might occur, but they are ALWAYS willing to fix any issues that might occur– or they were for me. We got a sink with our countertop from them and had an issue with the seal. I called them up, they were out the next day ADMITTING their fault when it was installed after they looked at it, and fixed it with no other problems. This was years ago and it is still holding strong. I would go with Kleins again in a HEARTBEAT! They have been nothing but an outstanding company to me AND my family (Yep! I have family who have used them too who LOVES LOVES LOVES THEM). There are always two sides to the story, so before you go with a review like Hak G. or Eric G. maybe do your own research and find out how many countertops and companies they have installed for, and what their warrantee is like. I would recommend this company to ANYONE looking for a quality product done right!

LOVE Kleins Custom Countertops. I have not had a better service and/​or experience with any other countertop company. They were professional, on time, delivered as promised and were pleasant while doing the work. I haven’t had any problems with their Silestone countertop or the installation for several years now. They look amazing still as if they were installed yesterday and easy to clean. I get compliments on them from most anyone that comes into my home. Many of my colleges and family members have used them and have loved their work and products as well. I would recommend them to young, old, even my grandparents.

Wow, is really all I can say right now! You have a company representative admitting to a commenter that his company is not standing behind their crappy product and pathetic workmanship. When all else fails blame the customer because they do not know any better. To make it worse, it looks like they DID TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A WIDOWER TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK! I was looking at putting new counter tops in my duplexes this year. Can you say I have just narrowed down a crappy place that has shysters as owners that I will not be doing any business with KLEINS CRAPPY PRODUCT COUNTERS and SUBPAR WORKMANSHIP. 3 seperate places all say that is shoddy workmanship. I WILL HEED HAK G WARNING AND RUN AWAY.

Run away… run away quickly. Don’t believe the colorful website. Hire this company, referred to me by Home Depot, and you’ll regret your decision. I certainly do.
I am a senior citizen, who made the mistake of using Klein’s Countertops to design and install quartz counter tops in my kitchen. Two weeks after the installation, the counter top has a huge crack in it. Klein’s Countertops denies that they delivered and improperly installed shoddy, defective products. I’ve brought in 3 separate contractors who agree that the counter tops were improperly braced during installation. Klein’s denies all responsibility.
I am now stuck with a $ 22K kitchen upgrade, a counter top that I can’t use, and needless to say, I’m pretty angry. DO NOT USE KLEIN’S COUNTERTOPS. You’ll be sorry. They’ll just take your money and run… especially if you’re a recently widowed senior citizen.
