DO NOT USE BRENDA L. FLANDERS!!! She drug out my case for 7 plus, months before my wife and I realized she was just taking our money. Her average response time was between 5 – 10 business days if you even got a reply. When I went to court just the once, she insisted against my wife and I on our decision and thats when we realized she became biased during our process. She got us for $ 7000.00, we went to court once for 2 hours approx and that alone cost $ 2000.00, She communicated with the opposing attorney on a matter that needed no assistance from either attorney because there was already a court order established, and then billed us for it, over $ 1000.00 even after we instructed her to not respond on this matter. The overall experience is the worst we have ever had to deal with, it wasted our time, money and most importantly she failed us at an easily won case for custody from a known and documented drug addict mother. She claims to have over 30 years experience which helped our intial decision to use her. I have looked her up for other reviews and others have experienced the same and other experiences as well.
