Mark moved to Utah in 2004 to launch his property management firm, Birch Rentals, LLC. Under his oversight, Birch Rentals grew from 1 rental to 26, all single family dwellings along the Wasatch Front. Mark not only oversaw the leasing of these homes but also was instrumental in their selection, as the Realtor representing his buyers on each transaction. Knowing what homes would fetch in the rental market was a real asset to his buyers, as he is one of the only Realtors in the Salt Lake Metro market that really understands both the sales and rental market numbers. His development and management in this capacity gave him a unique edge with investors and homeowners looking to navigate a tough market.

Prior to his career in real estate, Mark was recruited on a Division I athletic scholarship to the University of Notre Dame, where he received a varsity letter on the men’s tennis team. After a brief stint as a touring pro, he focused his energy on the ultra competitive world of investm
