Questar Gas Company Customer Service

Pretty lousy customer service (they must be getting schooled by Comcast). I am battling them now over the fact that even though I had gas turned on at a new apartment in December under my same account I had at the house I had previously been in. I told them I was no longer in the house and to switch services to my new home. In August, I got a letter from a collection agency saying I owed Questar nearly $ 1000. First, how do you allow an account to get that delinquent? Secondly, why would I have my name on two homes which, in there logs, I was somehow and for some reason renting simultaneously. The people who stayed in the old house never signed up for gas, and Questar kept my name on it. So not cool.

so dissapointed in this company, as it is the only gas co. around we get stuck with what ever they want to do, they took 180.00 out of my acct. when i owed them nothing. they said they would credit me in a check. which would take 10 days. called them on may 4^th 2015. i called again on the 20^th still havent gotten it. now they are saying it will not be mailed until the 26^th of may. really, it takes pulling teeth to get my money back. but if it were the other way around, my gas would be shut off. why dod big power companies treat the customers so wrong.
