Dr. Scott M Soulier graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco in 1976. He served in the U.S. Army as a podiatrist at Ft. Eustis, Virginia (Newport News). In 1978, when he finished his service/​advanced podiatric training in the military, he returned to Salt Lake City and opened his practice of podiatric medicine, surgery of the foot and ankle, and diabetes foot care on 3900 South and 1100 East. He joined the practices of the now retired Drs. Blaine C. Grose and Max Jones, both podiatrists. Dr. Soulier was a 7^th grader at Midvale Junior High School when his father took him to Dr. Grose for the care of an ingrown toenail — an event that piqued his interest in becoming a podiatrist himself.
