Heather Roxburgh, founder of The Heather Roxburgh Group, joined RE/​MAX in 2006 and quickly became an award-​winning agent, maintaining a Top 10 ranking in Utah among RE/​MAX agents.

As Heather’s business grew, so did her team. Her office now includes a stellar support staff consisting of two buyer specialists, an office manager and a marketing coordinator. These individuals were handpicked because they complement her business philosophy and share her passion to provide a superior customer experience. We listed our home with Heather and her team due to an international move to Australia. We could not have been more pleased with the level of service and convenience that her and her team provided. We were able to pre-​sign the required documents prior to leaving and were then able to facilitate all remaining steps electronically with extreme ease. Heather always had our best interests in mind when we were dealing with potential buyers and the offer/​counter offer process. We ended up with a buyer that requested several repairs/​conditions for the sale and the team made all the necessary arrangements with different contractors to make that process a breeze even with us halfway around the world.
We could not recommend Heather and her team more. They are a fantastic group and she really understands the demands and stresses of a international move.

We are very impressed and amazed at the service you all provide. We have bought 4 houses in the last 5 years, and had dealt with numerous agents around the country. We quickly drop agents if they don’t meet our requirements. We went through 4 recommended agents in Utah, before we found Heather. You guys do it right!
Heather quickly narrowed in our search and had a clear understanding of what we liked and what we were looking for. She didn’t waste our time taking us to see homes that didn’t meet our criteria. We appreciated her insight into areas and resale value.

My husband and I are looking to start flipping houses and since CA is too strong of a market to start in, we began researching other areas. We were turned onto Salt Lake City by a friend and so I Unilocaled a few agents in the area and found The Heather Roxburgh Group.
I spoke to both Heather and Jenn on the phone and they were the most honest and helpful real estate agents I have ever talked to (and I have been talking to more than 20 all over the country)! They were upfront that they didn’t feel that SLC was the right market for us to start in. I appreciated that and would have felt great about our conversation even if it had ended there. But then they went on to give me advice about other cities and about flipping houses in general. It was a massively educational conversation for me and even though we won’t be using Heather or Jenn to help us find our first project, I plan to contact them again when I need advice on a deal or to tap into the many real estate contacts that they have in almost every state. I was so blown away by their helpfulness that I just had to write a review. They helped me so much and I am not going to be a client of theirs, that I know they will go above and beyond to help their clients.
I honestly hope that we can make enough cash in other markets, so that we can come and work in SLC with Jenn and Heather!

Heather and her team are absolutely phenomenal! Heather was always available to answer any questions or concerns. We had our home listed by owner for over 2 months thinking we would save money. Heather ended up listing our home for a little more than we had it listed, we actually made more with less headache! The home sold in less than 2 days! Her process was great! I loved the convenient text message home showing scheduler, you simply approve a text to show your home. Her marketing is stellar & our home tour was beautiful. I will refer all my friends and family to this team!

Do NOT use this company.
Heather is never available. And she won’t return calls, she just has Amanda (the secretary/​assistant) email responses to voice mails.
Heather scheduled our inspection but never told us. One day at 9AM the inspector used the lockbox key to get into the house unannounced (of course he thought we’d be out of the house as is usual during an inspection). This scared my wife half to death!
Then 15 minutes before the deal was supposed to close we were notified we couldn’t close! And Heather was not available. In fact she refused our calls claiming she was busy in a conference. Come to find out the lender didn’t have all the proper documents that Heather was supposed to provide.
I took days off of work for this and had a truck and movers all lined up as well. We ended up moving one week later than planned because of Heather’s inadequate business savvy and awful service. And to top it all off Heather did not apologize. I think she just doesn’t care.
I cannot believe how much money Heather is making on this deal for not doing any work (I believe Amanda was doing all the work and she is in way over her head). It’s upsetting that I couldn”t withhold some of her commission for her big time mistakes and lack of responsibility.

We had the most amazing experience buying our home. Our agent, Carolee, was always available. We never had to wait very long to contact her. She was always on top of her side of things and was great at following up with other parties to be sure they were doing their part. Amanda in the office was great at getting us the information we needed and scheduled inspections and appointments for us. Buying a home was much easier than I expected thanks to the great work they did.

We used Heather and Carolee for a new primary residence purchase. Let me first say they are very knowledgable and experienced in real estate. Their main problem is they have WAY too many clients. When they had time for us I loved their help and experience, but that was the problem. their time is quite limited and as a result sometimes they can not assist you or might mess up details of the repc. Anyways, I would say 3 out of 5 with a pretty firm «meh». Not the worst, but definitely not the best. They have the knowledge and talent to be the best, but they would need to limit the number of clients they work with at a time to insure quality time for each client.
