Eyes On the City

Dr. Falch is so the best. I have had some problems with my vision and she has gotten me in immediately. She is always proactive in my care has referred me to Specialists and follows up. I feel confident in knowing that she is making sure I get the best care. I have never felt rushed and I’m grateful that she genuinely cares. They also have a great selection of glasses and when it came to contacts she gave me many options as trials so I could find the best ones for comfort and vision. The entire staff is very friendly.

Couldn’t be happier! So easy to get into. Thorough exam. Nice and Helpful staff. Very professional. Fixed my frames where they were broken! Easy online tools –like ordering contacts. Easy over the phone customers service! Saturday apts!!! My whole family will be back!

I did not get my eyes checked here but got my glasses here. Ashley was very helpful. helped me picked out frames. Tried on a frame that I would have never picked on my own and ended up loving it. The frame in stock was not the color I liked so Ashley ordered another color for me. All and all I had a great experience.

After our eye doctor in Issaquah left her practice, we had to find a new one for my son. I asked our neighbors and my coworkers and Eyes on the City came up a few times. So we tried it out and it was closer to our house with weekend hours too. First my son and now the whole family goes there and we have been happy with the thoroughness of Dr Falch’s exams as well as the helpful and friendly staff. They have been good and patient with kids as well as folks like me that didn’t want to get glasses. I would recommend Eyes on the City to any family looking for an optometrist.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dr. Falch really took her time with to explain each step of the exam and help me decide on contact lenses that work for me. If knowledgable, friendly, and helpful are qualities you want in your eye care professional, this is the place for you.

I am very unhappy with the experience here. The lens on the glasses I paid for are constantly smudging, I have to clean them at least 5 to 6 times a day, I’ve gone back twice and they just put it in a machine to clean but that doesn’t fix the problem! It’s been 30 minutes later and they are smudged again! The girl tried telling me that it was due to makeup but I don’t wear makeup, then she changed it to natural oils on my face. Well, if that is the case, my ghetto cheap glasses in the past should have been smudged constantly too but they never were! The 2^nd problem was when I ordered my colored contacts. When I paid for the contact exam, I asked the girl if I should come back to order them and she said «no, just call and tell us the brand and we’ll know which one it is». I did that and they ordered the wrong color, I need this when I work as a costume character for PAX Prime, I had to get the color approve and everything from my boss! When I complained about it, the doctor said it was hard to figure out which blue it was, I don’t know how it can be that hard when she ONLY GAVE ME 1 blue in Acuvue Colors and two in Freshlook, did she not write down which when she gave me and if she didn’t then the girl in the front desk should not tell me to just let them know the brand and they will know which one it is! The doctor then showed me that the color name was on the flap saying 0-​SPH, how was I suppose to know that’s the color name?! If they were really unsure on which color it was then they should have asked me to come in and show them which one it is and not just guess and hope for the best! They just told me to let them know the brand and they would know which one to order. The icing on the cake is having the doctor call me and say that they rehydrated the trial and it’s the blue that they ordered and it must be my mistake. No, it’s not my mistake because that is the only Acuvue I got to try out and the flap on it says it’s a different color then the one they ordered. They reordered the right color, I hope it comes before Friday because I told my boss about it and they are charging me a $ 60 penalty for this because it is such a big event I am working at! Is Eyes on the City going to pay me the $ 60 I have to pay now if the correct contacts do not come in time?! This will be on top of the $ 38 I spent on contacts. Horrible! They are untrustworthy, unreliable, and they do not own up to their mistakes.

The staff is so professional and friendly. I have never been to an eye doctor that has someone help you pick out frames and I thought it was a wonderful service and the woman who does this, Janet, is very nice. As for Dr. Falch she was extremely thorough with her examination of me and told me exactly what she was doing or what we were looking at. I have been to some offices that treat you like you are just a drive-​by patient and I did not feel that way here. The office is also very child friendly which is pretty important to me. The rest of the staff was very nice as well.

Dr. Leslie Falch is extremely professional and has a good repoire with her staff. She went the extra mile and visited my child’s school to talk to them about her profession. The children loved it and she had a great attitude with them. That tells me that she cares about the community as well as her practice and for my family and I that means a lot. I would definitely recommend this office.

A co-​worker referred Eyes On The City as a great place to get my vision checked. I was able to get an appointment promptly and when I arrived, found the people to be superb. The doctor who looked after me was probably the best I’ve ever had in almost 45 years of wearing glasses.

I went to Eyes on the City for the first time on a weekday, mid day, during my lunch.
I could not be happier with the service I was provided with! I had previously had a pretty horrible experience at different optometrist in Sammamish and after the recommendation of friends visited Eyes on the City!
First, I was having some problems with my insurance because of a previous poor (and incomplete) visit at a different optometrist but the receptionists along with Dr. Leslie Craddock worked with me and my insurance company on the spot to resolve the issue for me, and provide a full appointment. I was also offered tea! I was very impressed!
I was seen in a very timely manner, everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility was also very clean, equipped with up to date software (like a machine that takes a picture of your retina) and well organized. Dr. Craddock was also extremely knowledgeable about the differences between different lens cleaners, and was able to explain them to me to find my best fit based on the lenses I wear. Although that is something small, it mattered a lot to me because otherwise I just randomly pick something off the shelf at the store.
I can not say enough good things about my visit at Eyes on the City, Dr. Leslie Craddock, or the friendly and helpful assistance she has. I will surely be recommending Eyes on the City to all of my friends and will be continuing to do all my eye appointments with them!

I have been going to Eyes on the City for about ten years. I recently went and had a new doctor who I guess is there on the weekends (when it is easier for me to go in). She was extremly rude, giggly and unprofessional. It seemed as if she was possibly new and she kept repeating herself and reasking the same questions. I honestly have never had such a bad experience with an eye doctor. I could not wait to get out of there and will be looking for a new eye doctor for my exam next year. Make sure to request Dr. Craddock (the normal eye doctor) or go elsewhere!
One plus is they have late hours and are open Saturday’s. Easy parking too!
