Great customer service. Quick turn-​a-​round on alterations.

I hate to write a negative review, however sometimes they need to be written. I would not use this store for military alterations. Upon picking up my ABU hat and two blouses that I had dropped off for new rank to be put on, I noticed right away that the rank is not squared. They are also not the correct placement or even level. They were also not folded correctly, as you could see the over lap from the front. Before I dropped them off I asked if they were use to Air Force officer rank and they said yes. They did refund my money. But as I was leaving the store the «head lady» said, «I bet they will keep them that way.» I guess what she meant by that was that I was lying and that I was just trying to get free alterations. Which of course is not true. I will have to take them somewhere else now.

Awesome service and friendly people. No nonsense and quality work. In and out in no time and saved some wardrobe items that would have never been worn again. Very happy! Only thing is no credit cards. Check or cash only.

Awesome service. I’ve been taking my clothes here for years. They always do exceptional work and can work miracles with any garment. I highly recommend these wonderful ladies for all your alteration needs.

The staff is very friendly and attentive to what you need. They greet you as you walk through the door. They did excellent work on my dresses and have reasonable prices along with reasonable finish dates.
