Bob was born and raised in San Antonio and has been in the cleaning and restoration industry since 1992. He is an active member of the Texas Cavaliers, Past Chairman of Big Brother’s Big Sisters, Past President of Alamo Kiwanis and is involved with many other charitable organizations. He loves spending time at home with his wife and new rescue English Cocker Spaniel, Lady.

Although I’ve had Aladdin Cleaning to my home to clean my upholstered furniture before I didn’t post a review. Today I just had to let others know what great service I received. Eric called me twice this afternoon, first to let me know when he estimated they’d arrive, and the second time to let me know they were about 15 minutes away. He and his associate Christine showed up with disposable shoe covers on, came in and checked the furniture, confirmed the price and set to work. They were very thorough and professional. Left our furniture clean and made sure the floors were dry, even protected the walls and doorways from scrapes. I will use them again!

Aladdin’s rug cleaning exceeded our expectations, and that’s where the trouble began.
First, it was the first-​time clean for one carpet and it looks better than new.
The other carpets had been cleaned before but had stains so I asked if they were worth cleaning anymore. I was told the stains could be removed. They were.
One of those rugs that was faded and stained, was mostly under the bed with a couple feet sticking out. But when it came back, wow! What a lovely rug, and look at that color.
So I was informed the carpet was too nice for under the bed anymore, it was to be put in the dining room. Then the dining room carpet was to go to the tv den. Then that carpet was to go to the studio. And that carpet was to go to the master bedroom.
I had to spend a day lifting furniture, removing and installing cleaned rugs under heavy things while the wife went shopping.
A tiresome day, all on account of some looking-​like-​news carpets.
One good thing, Aladdin not only out-​cleaned our prior cleaners by far, but they charged much less for better results.
We tried them based on word-​of-​mouth recommendation and we’ve thanked our friends profusely.

Juan and AJ? are very professional, courteous and thorough. I had duct cleaning in an 1000 square feet condo and vent cleaning in the dryer done. They even fitted a return vent because the one I purchased didn’t fit! They cleaned up around the walls and swept and I CAN BREATHE so much better. The condo doesn’t smell like mildew or mold anymore. I needed this done because my allergies were so bad and dust bunnies were building up on the walls. It was about $ 450 with a 15% coupon. I would use again for other services.

Even though it’s Sunday & he’s supposed to be closed he does what he can to satisfy his customers :) :)

I would highly recommend Aladdin’s services. They were able to setup an appointment in just a couple of days. The crew going that was going to service my house were late at no fault of theirs, there was a really bad traffic accident and they kept me in the loop the entire time. They were polite professional and timely. My couches look and smell like new, as does the carpet areas they cleaned. I would definitely use them again as they were better and less expensive than the other carpet cleaning companies.

I had Aladdin come over to clean my couch and floors. I contacted them on really late notice, and they were still able to send someone over here for an estimate that day and schedule people to come by and clean within the short window of time when I needed them. They had to arrive once I dropped my cat off to be boarded because my mother was visiting from out of town, and she’s extremely allergic to cats. Aladdin vacuumed everything and doused it with some kind of anti-​allergen. My mom was absolutely fine. I should stress that my mother has *never* been fine at the home of anyone with a cat, but she slept here (on the very couch that my cat sleeps on) for a week and had no symptoms. The bill wasn’t bad at all, and they were very thorough. We might have gotten even nicer treatments if we weren’t renters, but they were excellent at proposing options that fit our budget. The owner also did a follow-​up call to make sure that everything went well. I’ll contact them again the next time that Mom visits!

Aladdin cleaning services as always been professional and on time for booked appointments. They offer a wide variety of options from rug repair/​cleaning, to in home carpet cleaning, to Aladdin Seal (similar to Scotch guard), to grout cleaning. We have had them clean our carpets on several occasions to get out pet accidents, and these guys really know what they are doing. We have used Aladdin for several years now and have always been pleased with the work they provide.

I took an oriental carpet to Aladdin and they did a great job of cleaning it. The employees were polite and responsive. They accepted a Unilocal discount coupon without hesitation. They told me about the services in addition to standard cleaning, such as pet stain removal, but weren’t pushy when i asked for only the basic services. They also have a small selection of oriental rugs for purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Aladdin again.

Having worked at an air conditioning repair company for several years, I’ve come to be very resourceful when needing a service company to recommend to our clients for other specialty needs like water extraction, carpet cleaning or duct cleaning. That is where my business relationship started with Aladdin. Not only do they have excellent office personel, their service technicians are great too. Most times they’re jaw dropping helpful, which is the kind of company I represent and I respect the same from other neighborhood companies.
My review stems from a visit to their shop which surprised me. I never expected a show room with a demonstration area for their carpet cleaning products (which was what I needed). I am constantly impressed by their levels of professionalism. You can take in your carpet or rugs to be treated and boy will it be returned smelling like new. Check out their other cleaning treatments for whatever you’re looking for, it’ll be worth the extra investment.
