Extremely unhappy with our experience with this company. First of all, when our school brought in several orders to the company they had no sense of organization, and were really not helpful with design ideas. Obviously we were providing them with a good deal of business and were still not getting the service that was deserved.
In order for your product to be processed you have to e-​mail or call them several times or else you might as well forget about ever hearing from them again. Don’t think that if you go see them in person it is any better because all you will find is a filthy store that contains open food containers and piles of clothing everywehre.
Once our order was actually processed, the fun wasn’t over because we realized that part of our order was completely wrong and some items that were printed were not even straight. Dealing with this matter was a nightmare because no one ever did apologize for the mistake that took place, nor were we given any reinbursment for the damaged clothing.
Overall this company needs a lot of work with their customer service and quality. If you are looking for a place that will quarentee you satisfaction, you are looking in the wrong place!
