This was the 4^th place I took my Infiniti G37s here after I rear ended someone. Chris initially quoted me $ 1700, which was cheaper than all of my other quotes, but after my they took off my bumper the quote jumped up to $ 3000. I was pretty upset since I was paying out of pocket, but all the other collision centers I took it to also told me that all the damage couldn’t be assessed until after the car was taken apart, so the increase in price was expected. I just didn’t realize it was going to be so much.
At first they estimated that it would take less than a week to fix my car, but then they added three more days. And then they added another day, and then another day. So it actually took about two weeks to fix. Chris told me that he would call me to update me on the progress of my car if anything changed, but they only did that once. The second week I had to call them multiple times a day and every time they told me it was going to take an extra day to fix. It was pretty frustrating because instead of telling me it was going to take an extra week to fix, they literally got my hopes up every single day that I would get my car back the next day. The morning I went to pick up my car, they assured me that it would be done between 10 and 11 am, so I told them I would be there at 11:30. However, I had to wait an extra hour to get my car. I just really feel like they should have called and told me the car wasn’t going to be ready because they knew when I was coming in.
But that being said, they did a wonderful job on my car, which to me, is the most important part. The lines are clean and the paint job is smooth. I was impressed. Apparently they told me there is a 10% of labor for students but I’m not really sure how that factored into the bill. They also said they do veteran discounts.
At the end of the day, would I take my car here again? Probably if I had full coverage and I wasn’t in a hurry to get it back. Chris seems really nice, and when I took my car here to get it inspected a few months ago they were super fast, friendly, and efficient. However, this time, customer service was definitely off but the quality of the repair was on point

I was very happy to get the help I needed from Chris over the phone today! I have neglected my poor truck for long enough and I was embarrassed to even inquire about what I may need to have to done to it. Chris put me at ease and helped me get over the hump! I’m taking my truck in for service tomorrow! Great customer service!

My car was shaking and I went in expecting the worse and to pay hundreds. They couldve charged me anything but instead were honest and told me all i needed was an oil change. yes silly on my part but honest on theirs. An hour after bringing it in I was good to go, no extra charges for the diagnostic. Great people, great service

This is a great place for all your automotive needs. They do great work for decent prices, and you never have to wait long for your car to be ready. In my experiences here, the staff has always been very friendly and knowledgable, and they tell you straight up what is wrong with your vehicle, and different routes of action to fix it. The owner, Chris, is very honest and runs his business in the same manner! Best auto shop I’ve ever been to, hands down. I would recommend to all my friends and family!
