Dishonest family-​owned company. I purchased a washer/​dryer off of craigslist actually from Tammie and Matthew Boyd (the owners of said company), under the impression they were just normal people, not owners of an appliance resale company. When the washer broke within three months, I called them, and to my surprise they were actually owners of an appliance resale and repair company! They under-​the-​table sold me a washer/​dryer on craiglist, and when I called Matthew Boyd confronting him about his scheme that I discovered, he responded with a «do you have a receipt proving that you bought this from us»? Then he offered to charge me to repair his broken down washer. Maybe this isn’t illegal, but it surely isn’t ethical. Do not give these people your business, they also own Appliance Queen.
