At t service is horrible. I cancelled after being a long time customer. they over charge on the bill then get evasive with u on the phone. they do not want u to understand the bill. they say the charge u one month in advance then tell u they will prorated ur last bill… duh I prepaid. how u gonna prorate and charge me for what I already paid. overcharging customers at large. everyone check ur paper bills. Fired, now using time warner.

This location is my go to store for all of my AT&T needs. I am always treated extremely well and the knowledgeable staff are always very friendly and accommodating. I want to send a big shout out and kudos to Nichole «Nikki» Bauer. She is the Greatest! Thank you for all of your help, time, patience and friendliness. I appreciate you very much.

This is the location I usually come to when I need assistance with my phone. This time I came in for a quick stop needing to pick up a new car charger for my iPhone. James H. greeted me at the door, got me a new charger, rang me up in about 10 minutes. Nice, quick, efficient service!

I only go to pay my bill but every time someone give me a nice greeting with open doors asking if I need any help. Very nice people and they always seem busy but have time to greet everyone

I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a wireless service provider store. After two separate visits, and dealing with two separate employees, I have to give this store a 1 star rating. I’m not sure if these employees are just money-​hungry for commission to the point where they lie to your face, or they are just incompetent and do not understand the blatant questions I presented to them. Either way, I will not be going back to this location. I will not recommend a store with such rude customer service and blatant lying techniques to anyone.
