This place is perfection at its finest!!! Since its a family owned business, the owners and employers see to it that they provide nothing but the best service! I went here with a vision of an anniversary gift which was a customized medal. Not only did they take the time to listen to what i wanted, but they tried to make it possible for the gift to be done at such a short notice. D, one of the employees was so prompt at trying to find out what products they had available for me and if they didnt have it, made very knowledgable suggestions from what they did have. And the price for the customized medal with a specially designed insert, engraving, ribbon, and felt box was only 20 bux plus tax! Way more affordable than i had ever imagined! The owners Sherry and Gordon are such wonderful people to do business with and take your business to heart. On the day of the pick up, i pushed for time jus that much more and they had no problem making sure it got done when i needed it. Truly beyond an outstanding experience. I highly recommend anyone who wants a sentimental gift or awards be done here.

They are very friendly and do a great job with awards. I am in the running event business and sometimes give them orders late and they always give me the turn time i need with a great product at the right price.

I ordered trophies from Awards Mart off of doing a search for trophy shops. This was the first one that came up so it was a random choice, but an excellent one. The selection was great and Sherry was so helpful. She was quick to respond to emails and ensured that my order had been received and would be ready in time. When I called on the Friday I had asked the trophies to be completed, she told me they would be done by 2 pm. At 10 am when I told her I was running errands and hoped to have them a little earlier, she said she would call me when they were done. At 11:30 she left a message saying they were ready. When I stopped in to pick them up, I mentioned in conversation about being hungry since it was lunch time and she offered me some of the chicken salad they had just made. Very friendly and helpful and will definitely use for all of my award needs.
