Terrible customer service. Never friendly. Overly priced clothing. I absolutely dislike this store. The staff needs an absolute makeover when it comes to customer service! Why why why is it so difficult for them to be nice to the customer?! Doesn’t corporate care that they treat their customers like crap??? I used to like this store because of the clothes but honestly I avoid going here now because of the crappy customer service. I’d rather go to a store where I feel welcomed. Honestly, I think I’ll never step into this store again, the clothes are expensive, the service sucks and I’d much rather spend my money somewhere else. Bye Bebe!

I visited this store looking for a nice, yet sassy, top. I had specific criteria in mind regarding fit(get over this tent trend please!) but was open for color, fabric etc. I had the stroller with 10mo daughter in tow and wouldn’t you know, the gal who helped me was pregnant with her third girl! She really listened to what I was looking for and searched the floor for tops she thought would work. I also picked one out. She set me up in the dressing room and came by to check on me a few minutes later. Her service and concern were appreciated as was her patience when my daughter was grabbing at counter items and then burst in to tears when I had to return her to the stroller. The other staff were very sweet, making faces and waving at my daughter. All said and done I bought the top I picked out and am very happy with my purchase. While not everything is my style here, I did really LOVE the fitted dresses. Let’s get some curve hugging and ditch this tent trend please! I highly dislike the bebe store at la cantera. Been in there quite a few times and the staff never greets you, it seems Like they’re trained NOT to smile and I can never get a fitting room without chasing someone down. I rather drive all the way to San Marcos tanger outlets bebe store then come to la cantera store that is only few minutes away

I always think it’s stupid when people write reviews on chain restaurants or Shell gas stations but the management and staff at this store were so helpful that I had to write a review. I went to Orlando for a quick trip and only had a carry on with me. Well(of course) I went shopping. I found the most amazing boots at the Bebe store there that I hadn’t seen anywhere else. I wasn’t sure if they had the newer items or if their store got different items than mine did in a different state so I bought them right then. The box was too big to squeeze into my carry on so I threw the box away and put the boots in my bag. Along with the bag/box went the receipt for the $ 200 boots I’d just bought. I knew I wouldn’t return them(since they were kick ass boots!) so I didn’t think twice about it — that is until I went home and tried them on. I discovered the zipper was messed up on one of them. I dreaded trying to explain to them what had happened with not having the box, receipt or even the bag for goodness sakes! I decided to try anyways and was dreading the questions. To my surprise the manager was so helpful. She exchanged my boots without any questions when I told her what had happened and was very nice about the whole thing. She even had to do some calculating since the tax in Orlando is different than the tax here but she did it without blinking an eye(or rolling it for that matter). It’s so nice to see people listen to you and understand the situation instead of assuming you’re trying to scam them all the time. I go back to this specific store all the time just because of the great experience and get excellent service every time…
