Neenah had been in the trash industry for a long time and was able to see where the holes and missed opportunities were. She knew there was a need for better service and smaller bins. She was helping out a friend one day by looking for job opportunities on Monster and there it was Bin There Dump That Franchise. 30 days later she owned it.

I was born in California, moved to Indiana and raised my son in Texas. I have been in the customer service and sales arena my whole working life. I have been in the trash industry for a very long time but have owned this franchise for a little over 4 years. I actually was a one-​man band when I very first started this company. I answered the phone, delivered the bins, removed the bins, emptied the bins at the landfills (my favorite part… hehe) and the books. Now I have a great team that works with me to provide the high level of service that I require for our amazing customers.
