Bless Your Heart Giftique

This boutique is located on what appeared to be a ranch with several other small houses. There was a restaurant and a ‘Pink’ house that can be used to host little girls birthday parties. I am not sure what the other houses were because they were all closed.
Inside the boutique there were several different styles of clothing, purses jewelry and other knick knacks. I tried on a couple of shirts and they just did not fit properly. I saw a couple cowgirl boots but I cannot get myself to spend over $ 200 on boots I will not wear very often.
They had a wide variety of Toms that I was close to buying but decided not to. There is a sale selection upstairs that also had a bunch of Toms in a variety of random sizes.
If you are in the area I would check it out. I bought a pair of earrings to gift to a girlfriend and another pair of earrings for myself.

I will never shop or even ask for gift from this store again. I received kendra Scott earrings for my bday. They were clip ons. Clip ons hurt! I brought them back to this store to exchange and they automatically took 25% off because I had no receipt. Again, it was a gift with their sales tag attached and in new unused condition. The old woman at the counter told me to ask the person who gave them to me for receipt. In my mind, how rude! Not going to ask the person who gave me the gift for a receipt. They wouldn’t even exchange for another pair of KS earrings unless I paid them the 25% they were taking from me. FYI: never give or ask for gifts from this store.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this boutique, I was amazed by all the cute home décor they had to offer. Then I came across there clothing selection I was in heaven, so many dresses! A young girl worker there saw the clothes I was picking out & offered to take them from me and start me up a dressing room, about every 5 mins she would walk by me again and sure enough I had picked out more clothes that she would add to my dressing room while I shopped around. The clothes were reasonably priced ranging from $ 22-​$ 40. Out of all the clothes I tried on I whined up only buying one dress, they also had miss me jeans which I will be going back soon to check out, and the cutest boots ever! Checking out was easy and the cashier was very friendly.

This is one of my favorite places to shop at! The customer service is amazing and it’s always a pleasure to go in the vintage, fun, sea of girly-​ness that lies within the shop! One of my favorite purchases from there would have to be my kendra scott earrings which I used my group on for! I BYH!

We went for the first time today, and I’m not sure what people expect for customer service, but I was greeted by the owner when we walked in. She even pointed out some bracelets for my daughter to look at, and gave her a jewelry box they were going to discard. I was sorting through the clothing, and was asked if I needed a dressing room, even though I didn’t.
The clothes are unique and fun. The selection of boots is awesome, but some are a grand! Whoo expensive ones. Lol however they were decked out with bling all over them. A girl can wish she could afford those. I loved the college gear they had and wanted to get a tank for the 4^th of July, but my groupon didn’t process right. So it was prices at $ 38, and I would have saved about 20 using it. So I opted to come back another day. :)

This is an adorable boutique in an adorable area. I have been here many times over the last three years and I will agree 100% with some of the other people reviewing that the chicks who work here are snotty and their customer service has lacked every single time I have ever gone to this place. The will only greet certain customers. I walked in around the same time as one lady once and someone walked right up to her and greeted her but walked right past me. They always seem like they are peering and watching people. I have heard this from other people too. Are you trying to make your customers uncomfortable? It’s so unfortunate because the other stores in Bracken Village are so wonderful and the people are just amazing. This boutique should step up their customer service because it’s obvious that the word is spreading!

Such a cute little shop off the beaten path. Beautiful gifts, unique clothes, jewelry, etc. the atmosphere of the village it’s located in is an adorable place to spend a girls afternoon. I did not find the staff welcoming or helpful at all. In fact, of the two times I’ve been in, I’ve never been acknowledged or spoken to — that’s how they earned 3 stars from me.

Went to the gift shop and was disappointed by the lack of respect you get while you are shopping here. i came from out of town and found the store and employee’s to be phony and was afraid to look at anything they follow you like a puppy and saw a lot of beautiful thing to buy there, but thought i will spend my time and money at another boutique that will appreciate me and my cash before heading home ~~~~

What an adorable little boutique! I’d say its about every girls dream, with the colorful clothing, beautiful jewelry, and all the little knick knacks this place has to offer! The location is very cute, and has that whole southern belle thing, and it sure does work! The staff is very friendly, although you couldn’t actually tell the staff from customer unless they went out of their way to greet you, but thats no big deal.

Great sale when I was at BYH last week. Usually I steer clear of boutiques with my college budget, but I was surprised by how reasonable SOME of the prices were. Got a cute dress for $ 26.
Cute store, but not impressed by how long it took to check out. 4 people in line and I probably waited 20 minutes or more, and the longer outside because my roommate was trying to order something customized… until she gave up because the line wasn’t even moving. Oh also, the woman at the register was a little rude and treated me like I was stupid for giving her $ 32 for my $ 27 purchase so that I would get a $ 5 back instead of $ 1s. I forgot about that til now.

There are some really great finds out at BYH. Everything is so cute! Mostly the clothes and vera bradley got my attention. I’ve been in at least both locations at least 3 times, but I have to agree with a few of the other reviews here. the customer service is lacking. You would think that a place called BYH would be more welcoming. The younger girls made it seem like they cared more about talking to each other about what was going on in their lives or how they looked/​what clothes would look good on them from the store than stopping to greet me or help me get a fitting room. The more seasoned ladies were a little more helpful, but on the quiet side-​which is alright. The store itself is very charming, but come on ladies. we can do a little better.

I am in love with this store! They’ve got a great selection of clothes and a ton of awesome boots! They also have a pretty good selection of Toms. This store has it all! From Vera Bradley to their amazing selection of jewelry. You’ve got to check it out!

The name couldn’t be more fitting for a San Antonio gift store, and this is not your typical «gift store».
A perfect place to find something unique for yourself or someone else. My favorite items include anything that says «Bless your heart», because that’s just so southern and hilarious, and a t-​shirt I recently picked up that says «Praise the lard» with a picture of a pig. See? Where else can you find that?
As a first timer, I wasn’t quite on their email list yet, but the friendly lady working the register offered me the discount without me even knowing it existed and THAT, my friends, is customer service. Bless Your Heart will be on the top of my unique gifting needs in San Antonio.
NOTE: I shopped at the new location in Sunset Ridge shopping center on N. New Braunfels, and I do believe that is their one and only now. I will have to look into it though.

This store has some really cute and quirky gifts that you can’t easily find other places. Though, as said before, the customer service there is subpar. The women tend to be rude and a bit on the snooty side. Don’t need your snootiness, kthanks. I found a necklace that was really adorable, a mulitcolored stone necklace with crystals on it. I wore it the next day, took it off and my entire neck was bright pinkish red. I thought I had had an allergic reaction but when I wiped the area with a washcloth, I realized it was just dye. A LOT of dye. And where the clasp had rested on the back of my neck had turned my neck green. Pretty crappy quality. Beware of the jewelry! But they do have other stuff that won’t turn your skin colors, like vera bradley bags and Old Gringo boots.

I went to this store after I heard it was a great place to find great gifts and dresses that arent found elsewhere. The store is cute and the concept is cute but the customer service is very ugly. I walked in and smiled at the women at the counter but they didnt even acknowledge me. I walked all over the store for about an hr to make sure that I Iooked at everything. I really wanted to find something precious. I did go to the counter with a few items to purchase, totaling to over $ 80. While I was looking through some items at the counter there were a total of 4 employees/​owners there and none of them made any conversation with me. I might as well have been invisible. She gave me my total, I then gave her my card, she swiped it and then just gave me my bag. I left feeling worthless. I personally appreciate any customer that comes in my door and these ladies dont. I loved the itmes I bought but i would rather travel to Gruene or other boutiques in the area, even if they are 30 miles away for better service.

I really really like this store. I used to shop here all the time when the British restaurant used to be out here, then the British shop closed and a new one opened, wasn’t very good so we never really went back that much. I would always stop in at Bless Your Heart gift shop because of all the neat little things they have in there. I could’ve probably spent hours in there if I didn’t hate shopping as much as I do. I love the clothes (they are pricey) but they are definitely unique to say the least. Lots of little gifts you can buy for girlfriends and stuff. The only reason I give them three stars is because of the horrible customer service. Like others said, I walked in there with a big smile on my face and said hello and never got greeted back, ever since then I walk in there and don’t say a word, they don’t either. Personally I hate that, especially considering it’s a small store and it’s really awkward not to be greeted.

I can’t even give you enough words to tell you how spectacular I found this little boutique. Filled to the brim with all things sparkly, feathery and doused in glitter, this is a southern gal’s dream.
My particular favorite section was the college attire. Just in time for football season, I found an amazing handmade Longhorn necklace, matching bracelet and burnt orange dress. They also have a sweet selection of vintage cowboy boots that are on my radar for next time around.
It’s a bit out of the way, but TOTALLY worth the drive!

This store has maybe a few awesome items but some of the worst customer service and jewelry that I have ever experienced. It’s really sad because their christian crosses and jewelry was what I was looking for and the little trinkets never lasted past an hour. Then, the staff was excessively rude on the phone, cutting me off mid-​sentence and not listenting to anything that I was actually asking. After looking around the internet a bit more, I’m really convinced that this establishment has issues. More than a few disgruntled customers and employees (who identify themselves as employees) berating them ONLINE! If they do it online, why wouldnt anyone not believe that it’s done in person. I hope the owners get some cameras installed or some mystery shopping or something done so that they can see why they are getting complaints.

Answer: Absolutely positively not… it’s perfection!
This little treasure is off the beaten path and tucked away in Bracken Village. It is hands down, my most favorite store in all of the San Antonio area… and I get around… in the shops that is! It is filled to the brim with sassy jewelry, cute clothes, funky shoes, a whole wall of Vera Bradley, kitschy knick knacks, and tons of other nifty little items just dying to jump right in your shopping bag and make their way home with you! My description really isn’t doing it justice. You just need to see it for yourself to truly understand that it’s awesomeness knows no bounds! The prices are reasonable on the jewelry, and right in line with what you would pay anywhere else on the designer items. You could go and spend an hour looking every day for an entire week and still find things you missed when you go back the next time. The inventory is rotated regularly so if you see something you like, snatch it up right then! The shop is family owned and they’re in the store working most days. They’re always willing to offer an opinion when asked, and never hesitate to recommend their favorite pieces. Bottom line, the customer service is excellent! They use Facebook to notify their loyal customers of sales or new inventory and that’s pretty handy. It may be a little out of the way, but it’s worth the trip for sure!
