We are Cajun caterers we do not have a restaurant; don’t show up at our house for dinner!
Seasonal (March — June) Live Crawfish, Catered Crawfish Boils as well as other Cajun dishes (when served with a crawfish boil).
Order Live Crawfish on Monday — Wednesday for Friday/Saturday pick up. Order by texting full name, number pounds and when picking up (Friday am, Friday pm (noon to 5) or Saturday am,) 210−865−6944
For catering go to website, check calendar and fill out form for more information or to reserve a date. Minimum catering is $ 2,000 or 100 people at $ 21.00 for 3lbs crawfish plus corn and potatoes per person. Other dishes available.
History
Established in 1986.
Kevin started delivering crawfish to San Antonio Restaurants over 25 years ago. He did crawfish boils out in front of Acadiana Restaurant and at Fiesta events. He also competed in and won the Gumbo cookoff every year at the Taste of New Orleans for several years running until he retired and became a judge for the event. In 2004 he started catering crawfish boils for company and private home parties.
We are constantly asked where we are located. We only cater so we are located at your home, business, local park etc. This year look for us at Willies Grill and Icehouse in San Antonio for the best boiled crawfish you have ever had!

Business Owner
Kevin was born and raised in a small town in Louisiana. He started cooking at the age of 13 when all his older siblings had left home and Mama decided she wasn’t cooking for just one person.
Kevin, like any true Cajun has done a little of everything. He ran his family’s shrimp business, delivered oysters across country, owns his own Air Conditioning and Heating business and delivers crawfish to San Antonio restaurants on a weekly basis. In addition to all that he also offers the best Cajun catering you can find in South Texas.
