I have been to Demo’s a couple times. The last time I ordered a chicken souvlaki. It was the worst one ever. The pita bread not fully cooked, the chicken dry and unseasoned.

Pretty awful. Nice decorations, and right across from the Greek Orthodox Church, but the service was lackluster, the prices were high, the salad was wilted, and the gyro meat was overdone and dried out — the only good thing about that being their«double meat» gyro had about 6 scanty strips on it(I suppose as opposed to only 3 on the regular one?). Skip this place — there’s far better.

I live couple a blocks away and have eaten here twice before at lunch. I stopped by during the evening and it was dreadful. First. The service is awful and slow. The food is expensive too. The food took forever. How long does it take to slice meat and put it on a pita? Not to mention the meat was hard as if it had been sitting out. Just pathetic Also, a gyro should come with tzatziki. Not here .50 charge after I received my meal. A double or deluxe gyro with fries is $ 14. Yes. $ 14. I won’t be back. Ever. I’ll drive up to the quarry. I really can’t recommend this place at all.

Demo’s took my Greek food virginity eight years ago, and I’ve been attached ever since! I LOVE the chicken souvlaki here: the chicken is flavorful, the toppings are fresh, and the dressing is delicious. The side of fries is just my style, too. I like that the fries have some potato skin on them. YUMMO! The employees are always happy to see you and very friendly; they make the ordering experience very easy. You’re food comes out hot, fresh, and fast. The ambiance is very casual and the Greek music they play transports you back to the old country! Try sitting out on the patio in the evening because it’s beautiful. Basically, just eat here, people. It’s delicious!!!

Demos offers great tasting gyros with a nice, relaxing atmosphere. It’s never too packed which is nice and the service and food are always quick. Ive been coming here for a few years now to get my gyro fix. It never disappoints!

A very romantic Greek restaurant with spacious seating inside and outside. You order in a counter downstairs(there are signs to indicate so) and you seat yourself. Very chill environment with music playing the entire time. It’s also very clean and now cluttered like Greek restaurants in town. I’m not a huge gyro fan, or greek food for that matter but my bf loves it. So I really didn’t order much because of that. I had the Greek salad which was good. Everything was fresh. What I really wanted was the hummus and pita bread. The hummus was AMAZING and the pita bread was so warm and flavorful. I was very happy with that and would order again. My boyfriend had the gyro mozzarella regular and he couldn’t get enough of it. He devoured it. The service as good! The man behind the counter did everything… Cleaned the tables, took our order, etc I had a great experience overall.

I had one of the 2 lunch specials which included a micro original gyro sandwich, Greek salad, fries and a drink, all for $ 9.75 + tax. This was an incredible meal, just enough for a lunch time serving. The gyro, a combination of beef and lamb was tender, lean and tasty. It was served with onion, a fresh tomato and delicious tzatziki. The fries were warm, crispy and vinegary. The salad was fresh and contained a home grown fresh tomato slice and a kalamata olive. The pita wrap was soft and fresh. This was the best Greek food I’ve had since I moved from Germany. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant clean. I highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return in the near future to check out the dinner menu.

Excellent greek resturant. Casual attire. Both of us had gyros, delux and original. Meat, bread, sauce all spot on. Clean. If you are looking for just good geek food hit this place up. Price is right, food is great.

One of my favorite spots! The Beef/Lamb and Chicken Gyros are amazing. Don’t forget to get the tzatziki sauce, you will regret it!

Disappointing. I don’t mind paying a little more for good Greek food but I was disappointed. I ordered the gyro lunch plate. Although, the flavor was there, There was very little meat inside the pita bread. I also rather not have iceberg lettuce in my Greek. Romaine lettuce(Mediterranean weed) is tastier;)

They have pretty good gyros here but charge .50 cents extra for a to go order. Sounds pretty dumb to me to discourage people from ordering to go. Probably why it’s empty despite having good food. Don’t mess with me when I’m hangry.

I had the«Dieters Plate» with chicken. While the food itself was delicious, the portions were small and therefore the $ 10.50 price(over $ 13 with drink) for lunch seemed far from an acceptable value. C’mon folks… its lettuce with Greek dressing… one olive. one peprocini and 2 tomato chunks and a couple pieces of rwd i ion with about 4 ounces of skewered chicken… oh well..

This will be a new fav spot. It’s perfect — easy parking, easy ordering(pictures!), free refills, and ketchup on the table(that’s how my dad determines a «fine» restaurant). There’s plenty of seating inside and out. The food was GREAT. We ordered gyros with everything and it was huge and delicious. The fries were great! The service(while ordering) was fine. They weren’t trying to be our best friends but they were efficient and friendly.

The gyro here was pretty tasty. The fries required a lot of ketchup, but other than that, I thought the combo was great. The interior was pretty spacious.

Great place for a reliable gyro… The gyro was was tasty… I could tell my friend didn’t like it so much… Must say that was his first time ever at Demo’s or even eating a gyro… Which is very odd to me… I say we go again, and have him order something else.

Came here for the first time today and I had a good experience. I had the gyro lunch special which consisted of salad, fries, gryo, and a drink for $ 10. There was soo much food and a great bang for your buck! The food was made quickly and served nice and hot. The gyro was tasty. the pita was soft and had a good texture. The lamb was tender and seasoned well. I have had softer lamb at other greek places before, but I wasn’t unhappy with the lamb here. The fries were a little soggy and bland. I prefer to have fries salted and crispier… but it wasn’t anything some ketchup couldn’t resolve. Overall, the food was good. The environment was inviting and the parking was easy and accessible especially if you are a person on a time constraint. I am glad I tried this place. I will return for the lunch special again soon!

Demo’s has some good Gyros!!! Stopped by a few weeks ago and needed to be reminded of what a quality Gyro was like. The last time I was at Central Market I tried theirs, thinking it would be delicious. It was horrible. All I can say is it came out on a tortilla and then the tortilla wasn’t even homemade WTF… Anyways, Back to Demo’s Greek Food. The restaurant is really huge. I can not imagine paying the rent on the structure itself, but it has great open space throughout the place with balcony seating. There is also a nice brick deck area if you want to enjoy the sun. Parking is super easy with their huge lot. The food was spot on for what you would want in Greek fast food. I am not saying this is «Fine Dining», but it is perfect if you love gyros, shawarmas, etc… Gyro meat sliced thinly, toppings and flavors are ummmm. They also have thick cut french fries, which I had with my combo. I will definitely be back on my next visit to the Brass Monkey. Perfect beer belly food.
