Just making the appointment, the staff was sweet, efficient, and accommodating! I recommend James! He was very sensitive to my special needs (I present with the dermal Celiacs), and so in tune with my body! He’s a pro! I didn’t have to tell him about my problem spots! You can imagine what a mess my body is owning a furniture store for 10 years, and being a rock-​climbing, fitness freak. I noticed a significant difference in my alignment after an hour with that magician!

Very good for deep tissue, trigger point or relaxation massage. Highly recommend Tiffany or Donald both are great and very professional. Only somewhat negative has been front office staff, not anything major, they are just not as friendly.

Got a last minute massage at Elements because I was having so much shoulder and back pain that I had a headache for multiple days and couldn’t get in with my regular place (this often happens when I am stressed). The therapist I was assigned gave me the creeps from the get go but I thought I’d give him the benefit of the doubt. I should have turned and ran. He was so creepy the ENTIRE session, NEVER even giving me an actual massage. He moved my arms up and down in a strange manner and kept telling me and showing me how he works out. I thought I was in some Alice in Wonderland bizarre dream. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and I will NEVER return. I find it hard to believe that there’s not any negative comments on this practice. From now on I will be listening to my intuition.

I had an appointment with Donald. Wonderful work! He sure knows his anatomy and has a lot of training experience. I highly recommend him! I gave this place 4 stars because of the front desk staff. Who ever I talked to on the phone was extremely polite and wonderful. But the next day (Saturday) when I came in for my appointment the front desk staff was border line unprofessional. I say this because I watched multiple clients leave after their massage and the front desk staff didn’t even say a «thank you!» or «have a great weekend» or «how was your massage?». The clients just walked straight out without the front desk even looking up. The entire time I was waiting for my massage they were just goofing off. They seemed to have some sort of attitude towards people. But this is what you get when you hire high school girls and leave them without adults to watch over them. Bleh over the front desk but Donald is an awesome therapist.

my husband found this place and signed up for a monthly membership. i don’t crave massages but he had a credit i could use so i did. i went to see randi and enjoyed it. the front staff was friendly and so was randi. she asked how much pressure i like which was great since i’m very sensative and like little pressure. after i was done i forgot to make an appointment for my husband so i called to make an appointment and the lady who answered was not friendly at all.

I’ve been to this place many times and every therapist has been awesome, especially Wichaya. However, as mentioned previously by another reviewer, the front desk staff is awful, rude, terrible customer service and for that reason I had started going elsewhere for my massages. Not knowing this, my son bought me a massage at Elements for Mother’s Day and this would have been my first time back there in a while. On the day of my appointment, the water pump went out on my son’s car so I had to have it towed which ran me late. Although I explained this to them, I was told that I had two choices… I could either come in late and get half of my massage or I could reschedule and pay a $ 25 fee (in addition to the $ 49 my son had already paid for my gift). This was Wichaya’s last appointment, so I’m sure she just got to go home early. There are plenty of other places to get a relaxing massage without the hassle of dealing with these people. I definitely won’t be back.

Terrible first impression! The girls at the front desk were rude and treated me like I was annoying them. An eye roll to a customer is never appropriate, regardless of what she might be thinking. For a place that specializes in relaxation, they certainly got my blood pressure up!

Very skilled therapist who asks what I want each time and has never disappointed me. I always get the time scheduled that fits my schedule and haven’t waited in the waiting room yet. The salon is quiet except for low volume relaxing music. Perfect!

This will be my go to place. Was pricier than most I’ve been to, but they offer deals for «regular service». But what sold me was that the person who did my massage really paid attention to my body & focused on the areas that needed the most work. He even took notes for the next time I come in. This was not a mindless rub here press there back rub like I’ve gotten other places.

Good stuff! This establishment was clean, the staff was professional, and the massage was AMAZING. No, it’s not a super fancy/​luxury spa place, but the prices are very reasonable. I’ll be back the next time I need some TLC.
