History

Established in 2012.

Emily’s Dog Jogger was named after the founder’s dog «Emily,» whom she adopted at eight weeks old. As Emily got older, Chantal (the company’s founder) began preparing homemade meals for her, and was able to find pet sitters who were willing to do the same. Inspired by such caring people, Chantal opened Emily’s Dog Jogger, and now gladly helps busy pet owners like herself each day.

Don’t hesitate to call Emily’s Dog Jogger if you need a reliable dog walker/​jogger. We had to leave our beloved furbabies for a week and they were very well taken care of. Chantal and her wonderful assistant sent txt messages with a picture everyday! So nice to vacation and see their happy faces each day and a quick summary of the visit they had with their dog walkers. We have a one year old with a lot of energy and they played fetch with her before the walk to get some energy out without us asking. Above and beyond what I had hoped for. EDJ are very professional and covered every base with us, from what treats they could have to the amount of time we wanted them walked. They even stopped by for a quick meeting before we left the dogs in their care. They are true dog lovers too! We will be using Emily’s Dog Joggers in the future.

Chantal is an amazing pet sitter and an extremely sweet lady. It was very professional of her to take the time to visit with my dogs prior to committing to dog sit. It proved to me she wanted to make sure she was a good fit for my babies. She was wonderful with them and I appreciated the feedback and pics she sent while I was away. I would highly recommend her to anyone who truly cares about the welfare of their pets while they are away. She took down all their medical information just incase of an emergency. She is the best dog walker ever!

We feel so lucky to have found Chantal and Emily’s Dog Jogger. Having recently moved and used a dog walking service in California that we loved, Chantal has helped us – and our two pups – transition easily. Both our dogs are rescues, and one in particular is pretty timid around strangers. But Chantal instantly made her feel comfortable – and that’s priceless to us!
Chantal is always on top of confirming appointments, sends picture text messages of the dogs so we know they’re doing great, and leaves nice notes about the time she spent with the dogs during their walk and alerts us to any issues she may notice. What a blessing to have found someone so reliable and loving with our dogs.
