Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers Service Center-Culebra

I was pretty happy with the service I received. The manager was very courteous and kept me updated on everything they were doing as they were doing it. And my oil change didn’t take very long. But, I pride myself in the way I care for my truck and how clean I keep it. About a week after the oil change I was detailing my truck and when I opened the hood to clean the engine bay I found that my oil cap had not been screwed back on and there was oil EVERYWHERE! I was pissed to say the least. Although it was too late and the damage had been done I still called to let the manger know what had happened. Once again, he was very polite and offered to clean the engine bay himself. Unfortunately for me, I live about two hours away from San Antonio, so that was not feasible. I did my best trying to clean it, but it pretty much got baked on and it’s there permanently now. I won’t be going back

I hope these guys keep up the good work. Came in with my girlfriend for an oil change. They were quick, friendly, and professional. Price was reasonable with great service. Keep up the great work!

This tire shop was a real lifesaver. After getting a flat tire on my way to work and not realizing it was flat until I approached my car at the end of my day, I called this place and they said they would squeeze me in on my way home. They were overly helpful and very interested in making sure I didn’t pay too much for a replacement tire. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and didn’t pressure me at all to but anything I didn’t need. They found the exact match for my other four tires and had it ordered in under 10 minutes.
I returned the next morning and they replaced my tire in under 30 minutes. I didn’t wait long at all and while I was paying, they pulled the car around out front so I could just hop in and be on my way to work. They have a check in offer for $ 5 off any service so I saved some money on their already reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a tire and needs it fast. There were no issues and the tire is still holding up great.

I pulled in, and was pointed into a bay immediately. Within 5 minutes my pickup was being worked on; I was only getting an oil change, so they finished in about 10 minutes.
The guys in the garage were courteous and efficient. The price reflected their service and products really fairly — not stupid cheap, not expensive.

These guys get service! Normally I go wait for 1 – 2 hours at a dealer in town that rhymes with Bunn auto for an oil change but not anymore. Competitively priced but I’d be willing to pay more for this level of service. Very clean establishment and very friendly/​professional staff. #customerforlife

These guys really step it up and never make you feel pressured to purchase more. They are honest and forthright with their business dealings. I appreciate having a coffee and good conversation. I will visit again.

Went to get my oil changed about a month ago. My vehicle was skipped over for another vehicle cause the worker miss judged how long it was gonna take for the vehicle in front me. That’s fine it happens. The service was fast once in the bay. Cost was about 100 dollars for full synthetic and full flow filter. Unfortunately, the next day while coming back from Austin my skid plate came off from the bottom of my vehicle. It was not screwed in properly by the technicians. They fixed it without any issue and all seemed genuinely apologetic. Manager also gave me a 15 dollar off next service card as well.

The place is awesome! I came in about 15 minutes before closing and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Waiting room and bathrooms very clean (probably helps that they are so new), but I had the option to wait in the car while they took care of it all. There are tv screens outside of the driver side windows with various news updates and promo information to view while you wait. They make it very comfortable so that you can be in and out without needing to get out of the vehicle at all. The only reason I got out of the vehicle at all was to use the bathroom.
Service was fast. No wait. 4 bays for the oil change area. There are another 5 in another bldg probably for the other brakes, a/​c, tires, and whatever else they offer. I was out in about 15 or 20 min for full oil change and changing a brake light. And of course compete fluid check and top off and stuff.
I will definitely be back and will bring our other vehicles here.
