NEVER COMING BACK!!! Awful customer service. They were rude as soon as we walked in the door. They didn’t allow reusable bags when we walked in, which I get, but then proceeded to ask my mom to give them her small Louis Vuitton purse to hold in the front… excuse me what??? There is no way in hell I’d ever be ok with giving someone my small purse to begin with. They should of just hired a police officer to pat us up and down before we left. I proceeded to say that’s ridiculous and the lady had the nerve to argue with me. So much for Christmas Spirit!!! So we walked out and said we’d take our business elsewhere. The one star is for convenience only since it’s near HEB.
