Forever 21

I’ve been to several F21 stores in many states and this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. There wasn’t any good organization to the store for example, a casual area and dressy area, everything is blended together. The main reason for my low rating is the zombie like employees walking around the store. No greetings, now how are you doing, no help offered even if they see you are struggling to find your size with your arms full. It was really strange.

The reason why people rate this place so low is become of the customers not workers. I watched so many customers throwing clothes around like their moms were here to follow and pick up after. The reason why these ladies are so tired is dor the amounts of clean up this place needs for these rude customers. Overall, these is the biggest forever I have ever been too. The selection is on point. Sooooo much better than DFW forevers. Please don’t be discouraged by the bad reviews. This place is great especially for college kids.

The employees look incredibly unhappy. The clothes are low quality, but cheap. I mean, you’re not missing out. At all.

This forever 21 is like a warehouse! It was an old converted food court in the La Cantera mall so it has ample space to work with. One of my favorite things about this place is that it has a Plus Size section! +12 314 points! Us big girls have it hard enough but to have a fashionable place to try on clothes is always great.

I’m a fan of Forever 21. Every time I come here its ALWAYS packed, whether its 12 pm or 5 pm or 9pm.
I like that I can buy basic fashionable clothes without breaking the bank.

Forever 21 offers current, disposable fashions. One can find ‘knock offs’ or even ‘mock offs’ as I like to call them, like pants that appear to be office worthy but are more disposable fashion than a well made staple piece like an office pant should be.
However, items like that certainly have their place in a gal’s closet. For a summer dress, a few vacation tops, cardigans, vests etc. Forever 21 can fit the bill for not a whole lot of bills!
This location though has a terrible staff running it. The place is always a total mess with clothes on the floor, twisted jewelry displays and boxes upon boxes of new merchandise stacked at the back near the dressing rooms.
The dressing room line is often long and poorly staffed with hourly workers who have little patience and don’t know how to smile or even the definition of customer service.
Yet, one cannot complain when your expectations are set.
So, get ready for music that is too loud, a crowded and cramped store and a long wait to try something on. But when you leave with a few low cost items to compliment the rest of your shopping spree at La Cantera it is — somewhat worth it.

The bright neon colors! Cheap clothes strewn about everywhere! Cheap jersey! Sequins! Lady gaga!
This place should be forbidden to anyone who understands proportions and color.
