This place is in the basement of the building and for the building tenants. I’m sure Kim wouldn’t mind people off the street. I ordered breakfast sandwiches both days I was visiting for a training class. They were very good. The menu is small for breakfast and lunch and they serve from 7 to 3. It’s convenient if working in the building and can’t get out for a meal.

Good selection. Yummy chicken salad sandwiches, however I saw sandwiches being prepared with bare hands, and not being washed after accepting cash from another person. So just a warning if that kind of thing bothers you. Also, they don’t accept debit cards, only cash. Very inconvenient if you don’t carry cash around. The prices are a bit steep, and you can expect to pay $ 5 for a regular sandwich. The orange chicken is my favorite. Ask to add broccoli and some other veggies, and it’s super delicious! Update: Unfortunately I have gotten sick a few times after eating lunch here, so I will never be coming back.
