Established in 1982.

We are experienced in land development planning, zoning, subdivision design, site grading and drainage, utility design and commercial and residential surveying. This wide variety of knowledge helps us better understand and address projects where the disciplines overlap.

Graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso, BSCE, Class of 1971.

Senior operation engineer with a design-​build firm and moved to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

January of 1977, Project engineering position with Lavaca Gas Gathering Company in Houston and relocated to San Antonio, TX with Valero Energy.

Promoted to Manager of Engineering and Construction for the newly formed Valero Gas Storage — Design, build and operate the Wilson Gas Storage Field. Co-​authored «Wilson Gas Storage Facility», Oil & Gas Journal, and November 1982.

Gaylord E. Reaves established GE Reaves Engineering during the fall of 1982 and in 1983 it was incorporated in the State of Texas. He has built his company based on integrity. GE Reaves Engineering, Inc. has an exceptional reputation in San Antonio and surrounding areas for providing civil, structural, and forensic engineering as well as land survey services.
