Established in 1999.

Since 1999 Immediate Response Plumbing Inc. has been serving the San Antonio area with an emphasis on customer service. The owner is a 3rd generation plumber who understands not only the need for quality work but how important our relationship is with our customers.

Our staff is fully trained to handle your plumbing needs and we make a point to clean up before we leave. We hold weekly company meetings to examine the phases of our larger jobs and go over the finer points of our smaller ones as well. THIEVES!!! First time using a plumbing company in San Antonio. Called because my plumbing system was backing up. Went from a $ 125 auger unclogging from the front clean out. To, «oh, there’s roots in the line we need to do a system flush from the roof to clear it out», which cost me $ 560. To, «oh, the flush still didn’t work the pipes broken so we need to tunnel under the house and replace it, he quoted me $ 5200 and asked if I could sign paperwork so they could begin the work immediately. It was late, so I told him you know what, let me wait til the morning so I can get a second opinion. I had Aramendia plumbing come out 9:00am the next morning. I tell them I need a sewage pipe replaced under the house, how much it would cost. They run a camera through the front clean out… Pipe was clean as a whistle all the way through the house. Funny thing was I start to explain what all happened and Aramendia guys ask me who came out and before I even answer the question they respond, «was it immediate response?» I was in shock that a professional plumbing company would do such things, they said immediate response is known to do things like that. So BEWARE folks, SERIOUSLY!!!

I wish we could give NO STARS! Karen is very rude and has poor customer service skills. My partner and I used our home warranty for this service call. They called and made an appointment window of 1pm-​5pm and would call 30 minutes before heading to our home. They called, we missed the call and right back within 3 minutes and they said the plumber already left. We asked about the 30 minute notice and she said they can try and come back after the next job. We needed the 30 minute notice to have someone go and meet the plumber. We will never use this company ever. Please look for another company. This issue is about their customer service.

The woman who answers their phone is extremely rude. They act like they’re so inconvenienced when just scheduling. When I called to cancel an appointment because I was able to get another company to come out same day, she acted as if we had a conversation that they were available sooner.

Poor communication skills! The office manager needs some additional training on customer service and managing an office. You clearly indicated your under staffed and have can’t manage your employee. If your going to indicate someone will arrive between 10 – 2 and they don’t show up till 8, your think you would communicate that to your customers. Oh and if your going to treat to have another company come out because you like to talk over people why are you in business!

We were referred through American home shield. They are over priced and told us AHS didn’t cover the item, so we paid out of pocket for entire expense. Then they told American home shield we refused to pay them even though they cashed our check! They said we needed more services, so we called to get another estimate from another plumber and they were half the amount that this company quoted! Not impressed with the way they run their business.

Awful service, very deceiving tactics. Office manager quotes one price and technician another. Only used them because of the home owners warranty that came with our house. WOULD never use them again.
Supposed to have warranty on my water heater, but continue to dodge questions and responsibility for the problems. Long story short, office quoted $ 360, technician $ 275. Sent them on their way and called another company. $ 125 for the repair and NO sediment in my tank like they said there was… Very poor form.

Not very good experiences at all. Sent to us by American Home Shield, we paid thousands for repairs & still had problems. 31 days after they replaced plubming it broke (just so happened to be my sons 2nd birthday & a house full of out of town guests) we called them, they came out, fixed it & notified us since it was more than 30 days we were no longer under warranty & charged another $ 550 dollars on top of the thousands we had already paid. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
