Indian Hollow Apartments

So there are ups and downs. Very nice complex, affordable, and decent space in apartment. But the trash dumpsters are constantly over flowing. That includes recycling cans. ALL OF THEM. Every week the trash builds and spills all over. Another thing is, the crime that occurs here is constant and the only thing they do about it is send memos telling everyone it’s their problem. (Not a direct quote, but «read your security guidelines and call if you see something suspicious» is basically refusing to do anything about it) If it isn’t break-​ins on cars or apartments it’s attempted ones, vandalism, mailbox tampering, tire slashing. It’s very unsettling at this point. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it.

I have lived here over a year and there have been several break in. The gate is broken at least twice a month. The courtesy patrol number is an hoax and no one ever respond to the messages. I would not recommend these apartments for the price you should be able to respond to calls. The office manager is never available for calls nor in person.

Scorpions! Scorpions! I lived on the third floor and we would find scorpions on our balcony in our wash room on our living room and bedroom floor even in our restroom floor. Construction started on all sides of the property, and I would hear my neighbors where also having the same problems she also had scorpions. I have small dogs and the thought of them being killed cause they got stung by a scorpion and the never ending thought if while I was asleep in bed to get stung by one freaked me out to much so we moved.

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for about a year now and I have to admit that while there are things that could be better… I’m not sure there’s any apartment complex that is perfect. I love being lost in the oak trees, being close to the pool and having a quiet place to live.
Weekends can get a little rowdy in the pool but the walls are so thick you hardly even notice (if you notice at all). The apartments are huge, feel even more spacious with the 9 foot ceilings and look awesome with the crown moldings. Kitchen, bathroom and patios are all very large and make for a comfortable living.
The parking for my building gets a bit crowded at times but I’m sure anyone would be challenged to find an apartment complex where that isn’t the case.
The only complaints I really have is it took a while for them to replace our toilet and it overflowed a number of times… but that has been taken care of and replaced thanks to David, part of the maintenance crew who are all awesome. We’ve had a few incidents with the office but they mean well and they’re just doing their job.
The gym has a broken machine and a treadmill unplugged but it’s a nice and free facility. You can pay rent online and the office has decent hours. They used to be open 7 days a week but now they get Sunday off, which isn’t too bad considering they’re there all day every other day.
Location is great and though the rent is a little steep compared to other apartment complexes, it’s well worth it.
