At Kellum Obgyn San Antonio We are dedicated to provide quality obstetrical and gynecological care. Our providers are board certified and offer specialized medical care, education, and preventive services while understanding the individual needs of the patient.

We offer a full complement of office sonography including nuchal translucency Down’s Syndrome screening and 3D/​4D imaging. We perform minor surgical procedures including treatment of cervical dysplasia, endometrial ablations, and office tubal ligations.

Business Owner

Dr John Kellum was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to medical school, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College, Sherman, Texas. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, Dr John Kellum studied medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center-​San Antonio, graduating in 1990.

Dr John Kellum completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from St. Joseph’s Hospital in Houston, Texas in 1994. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American College of Obgyn.
