Lockaway Storage – Huebner

I used this storage facility to buy moving supplies and their price just right. I needed mattress cover so I could have plastic on my mattresses when I was moving to another town and there were so useful and were about $ 5 for a queen size mattress. facility is very clean and the staff are so helpful and guide you to what other things I would have needed when I was moving. I recommend this place. Oh and they also have sofa covers too.

I needed a place to store my various and sundry items that I do not have enough room for at home, so I shopped around for a conveniently located, climate-​controlled storage facility that didn’t charge an arm and a leg, but had all the prerequisite features like controlled access and 24-​hour video monitoring. After shopping around and talking with people who have faced similar situations, I decided to visit Lockaway Storage on Huebner close to Babcock. I visited with the manager, Ida, who proved to be very helpful and friendly.
Ida and I talked about packages that would fit my needs. Since I was new to the storage game, I was helped through the various options that I had. She gave me a tour of the facility, which was clean and well kept. They offer units as small as 5×5 to as big as 10×20 and sizes in between. Lockaway also offers parking space for those who need to have a place to park their RV or mobile home. I was told that the climate controlled units are typically kept at 78 degrees Fahrenheit and that Lockaway does spray periodically to prevent pest problems from occurring. Not that they have problems, but simply to prevent them from happening. The storage facility is gated with keypad access and restricted hours (Monday through Sunday 0600h to 2200h). I like the restricted hours because nothing good can happen in a storage facility after 10pm. Moreover, Lockaway offers free truck rental with move-​in. Finally, I was told that they do offer discounts for active military.
Lockaway Storage also sells various locks, boxes, and packing materials onsite, which is a convenience to those who don’t have time to shop around for moving materials. I highly recommend this Lockaway Storage location. Ida was a great help and the facility is all that I could want, and more.
