Called for a quote and the owner was rude. He assumed I was looking for the cheapest company when I was really looking for the best. Not a way to do business.

Initially, responsiveness, promptness and professionalism were good. Tile cleaning was fair. Caulking was unsatisfactory. The company owner turned our case over to his son after the job was done. The company owner and son were then unresponsive to our concerns and complaints. We were unable to get them back out to our house to correct the unsatisfactory caulking.
